 Telangana Contract Employees/Out Sourcing Employees Regularization Guidelines have been finalized. The Telangana State Government will soon release Telangana Contract Employees (Out Sourcing Staff) regularization guidelines. According to the guidelines, contract employees who have completed 5 years service as on 2nd June 2014 will likely be eligible for regularization. The committee which has been appointed for designing the guidelines has announced this today. The state government will soon release G.O’s about this matter.

There are about 80,000 Contract/Out Sourcing staff has been working in Telangana. These Eight thousand employees are working in about 90 various departments including secretariat of Telangana government. These employees has been demanding to regular their services from so many years. During the election campaign, TRS party has promised them to regularize their services. But Telangana students are against their regularization as it will deprive them of government jobs. In this situation, Chief Minister of Telangana Mr.K.Chandra Shekhar Rao has appointed a 8 men committee to study the possibilities of the contract employees regularization. Telangana government may regularize only those employees, whose families are residents of Telangana state prior to 1956. However the guidelines are not yet known. They will soon be released. Detailed information will be added as soon as the G.O is released.

TS Contract JLs Regularisation in Telangana:
In a solution to the long-pending demand of contract employees, State govt has decided to regularised of services of over 3,670 Jr Colleges Lecturer employees.Telangana government has decided to regularize the contract employees who are working in Govt Jr Colleges in telangana.The Government after careful discussion take a decision on this issue. TS Govt Deputy CM and Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari has announced that the government would regularise the 3,670 contract lecturers in the govt junior colleges. Mostly which posts will be filled by regularisation,90 per cent of vacancies can be filled up through regularisation of the contract lecturers.”  This decision of the government was welcomed by the Telangana Government Colleges Contract Lecturers’ Association General Secretary K Suresh and we are thankful to Chief Minister K Chandrsekhar Rao for taking a decision on regularisation of lecturers.
 Guidelines will be released soon by the General Administration Department for implementing the process.
