Alternative arrangement for the Post of Deputy Educational Officer and Existing MEOs are to be made incharge newly created Mandals. C&DSE instructed to DEOs vide Rc.No.398/ser-II-1/2016 Dt:12-11-2016 DEOs shall discharge the functions of Dy.Eo in all respects. DEOs to ensure that existing MEOs are to be made incharge for drawing salary bills,processing of MDM & service matters etc.,in the newly created mandals.

In view of the reorganization /formation of the new districts, there are certain administrative issues have been brought to the notice regarding process of school permissions, service matters, salaries bills, mandatory inspections, supervision of schemes such as MDM, RMSA and SSA etc, which are monitored by the Dy.E.Os at divisional level and MEOs at Mandal Levels.

In the above context, the following arrangements are made for discharging of functioning including drawing salaries of teachers and staff.
i) The DEO shall discharge the function of D.EO. in all respects.
ii) The DEOs shall ensure that existing Mandal Educational Officers are to be made incharge for drawing salary bills, processing of MDM & service matter etc. in the newly created Mandals.
