    New DA to TS Employees (CPS and OPS):

    TS Govt enhanced DA to State Employees and Teachers. DA GO Ms No 09 Fin Dept dated:23-01-2023 released.
    1. Arrears from 1st of July, 2021 to 31st December 2022,shall be credited in GPF A/Cs
    2. Employees who are Governed by CPS 10% of DA from  1st of July, 2021 to 31st December 2022 to shall be credited in to PRAN A/Cs. And remaining 90% of DA arrears shall be paid in cash in eight (08) equated monthly installments starting from February, 2023 payable on March, 2023.
    3. Cash from January 2023, payable on 1st February 2023

    DEARNESS ALLOWANCES TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND PENSIONERS

    Government of Telangana has enhanced the Dearness Allowance payable to the Government employees and Dearness Relief to the State Government Pensioners by 2.73%, by revising the existing DA/DR from 17.29% to 20.02% w.e.f. 01.07.2021.

    ARREARS FOR GPF EMPLOYEES 

    The arrears on account of payment of Dearness Allowance for the period from 1st July, 2021 to 31st December, 2022 shall be credited into the General Provident Fund Account of the respective employees. However, in the case of employees who are due to retire on or before 31st May, 2023, the arrears of Dearness Allowance shall be drawn and paid directly as the employees are due to retire on superannuation are exempted from making any subscription to the General Provident Fund during the last four months of service.

    ARREARS FOR CPS EMPLOYEES
    In respect of the employees who were appointed to Government service on or after 01.09.2004 and are governed by the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS), 10% of the Dearness Allowance arrears from 1st July, 2021 to 31st December, 2022, shall be claimed and credited to the PRAN accounts of the individuals along with the Government share as per the existing orders.

    The remaining 90% of Dearness Allowance arrears shall be paid in eight (08) equated monthly installments starting from February, 2023 payable on March, 2023.

    ALLOWANCES – Dearness Allowance – Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees from 1st of July, 2021 :

    Government hereby order revision of the Dearness Allowance (DA)sanctioned in the Government Order 6thread above to the employees of Government of Telangana from 7.28% of basic pay to 17.29%ofbasic pay with monetary benefit from 1st of July, 2021. This increase subsumes the instalments of Dearness Allowance arising on 1.1.2020, 1.7.2020 and 1.1.2021.The Dearness Allowance for theperiod from 1.1.2020 till 30.6.2021 shall remain at 7.28% only in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020. from 1st of July, 2021 to 31stDecember, 2021 shall be credited to the General Provident Fund Account of the respective employees.
