Educational Qualification
Must be a Graduate of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification with Telugu as one of the parts of that Degree examination provided that preference shall be given to those with experience in Journalism or authorship of Telugu Books, other things being equal .

Age Limit :  18 years of age and if he / she is more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2018 Relaxation of age permissible for SC/ST and BCs 5 Years

Application Fee :  Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees one hundred twenty only) towards examination fee.  However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.80/- only
