BSNL Management Trainee Jobs Selection Process
Candidates should be selected on their performance in an Assessment Process (On-line) test followed by Group Discussion and Interview.

Scheme of On-line Assessment Process & Syllabus: –
The pattern of the question will be multiple choice objective type questions (MCQ) with negative marking. All candidates will undergo a common multiple-choice type ON-LINE Assessment Process of three hours consisting of the following three sections: –

Components Marks  Duration 3 Hours (10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M.)
Section-I – Management Aptitude 150
Section-II – Cognitive Ability 150
Section-III – Technical knowledge 150
Total 450
