(a) Two Year Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT or any other NCTE recognized University / institute, in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Note: B.Ed Degree is not required for the candidates who have undergone 04 years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution.

Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concern subjects.

Online Applications for Navodaya Teaching, Non Teaching Posts Recruitent 2022

1. Candidates are required to apply Online through NVS website at www.navodaya.gov.in No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment. The NVS through its exam conducting agency may send call letters for written test/CBT and interview/ Personal Interaction / Skill Test etc. on the registered email ID of the candidate or the same may be downloaded from the designated recruitment portal. Under no circumstances, candidate should share/ mention email ID to/ or of any other person.
3. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.
4. The online applications should be filled carefully as per instructions contained in the online application format and submit the same Online. Login Id and password would be generated on successful submission of application and will be sent on the registered e-mail address of the candidate. Candidates are advised to preserve their login Id and password for future use.
5. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories; hence, the steps for payment of fees will not be applicable to them in online application form. Once the fee is deposited the same shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to Apply Online for NVS PGT, TGT Recruitment 2022:

I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. Registration number, password, and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mailbox is not redirected to your junk / spam folder).

II. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF STEP-I and STEP-II. Once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited.

III. The step by step process for submitting the application form for the Recruitment for various posts on regular basis is given below:

Step-I: Sign-Up of Personal Details, and Contact details. Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail on registered e-Mail Id.

Step-II: Login to complete the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Declaration.

Step-III: The payment of Application Fee after 24 hours through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet banking through State Bank collect System of State Bank of India.

IV. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded in any case, neither shall be held reserved for any other recruitment nor selection process in future.

STEP-I Sign-Up

a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking ‘I Agree’ Checkbox given below and pressing the ‘Start’ button.

b. The candidate should fill up all the desired information i.e. Personal Details, Contact Detailsetc. correctly.

c. Sign-up by filling-up Post applied, Name of applicant, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. After clicking SUBMIT button/ tab, the candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their E-mail ID. Now, candidate has to Click Log Out tab (given on top right corner) and re-log in for Step-II. On completion of Step-I, Sign- Up mail will be received in candidate’s registered email id and mobile number confirming his singed-up along with the User ID (application sequence No.) and password.

STEP-II- Filling-up of Personal Details, Eligibility Details, Qualification Details and Upload Photo/Signature & Submit

d. After signed-up, candidate has to Re-login and Click on Go To Application tab for filling-up Personal Details, Qualification Details, Eligibility Details, and Upload photo/signature/left thumb impression and Declaration etc.

e. Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature : Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature as per the process given below. The applicant should note that only Jpg/jpeg format is acceptable:

i. Photograph Image:

Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks)

Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

The size of the scanned image should be upto 80 kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.

ii. Signature image:

The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.

The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.

Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.

Size of file should be upto 80kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.

f. After uploading Photo and Signature images, Click on Pre-View tab and check whether particulars filled are correct in all respects. In case of any error, the same can be edited before finally clicking SUBMIT tab. Once Submit Tab is clicked then Application will be submitted and It will be showing on screen Your application has been successfully submitted. In addition, sms/e-mail shall also be received by the candidate. If Fee applicable the payment of Application Fee tab Make Payment active after 24 hours submitted application form.

STEP-III: On-line Fee Depositing process in State Bank of India (SBI) through SB Collect System:

I Candidate needs to re-login and click the link/tab Make Online Payment active after minimum 24 hours of submission of the application. Once SB Collect of State Bank of India portal is opened, then DO NOT click Refresh or Back Button.

II Steps to be followed in SB Collect portal for Online Payment:

System will redirect you on NVS Application Fee 2022 page of State Bank Collect Portal.

Kindly check & confirm the details shown on the screen i.e Application Seq No., Name, Mobile No, e-mail ID, post, category and amount, etc., then click on Submit/confirm Button.

Enter Application Sequence Number and Email ID. Then click on submit Button.

Select the Online Payment Option.

5. Kindly make the online payment via credit or debit card or Net banking and retain the transaction number for future reference.

III Candidates are advised to keep with them the copy of the e-receipt as a token of remittance of fee for future reference.

IV Candidates are advised not to attempt for registration more than once. In case of multiple registrations, the one with the highest registration number will be considered as a final application.

V After depositing the application fee through online mode, you may check the status of application form after 2 days. In case the same is not reflecting, you can mail to Helpdesk mail id: nvsrect2022@gmail.com Or or call Phone No .: 18002667074 with scanned copy of e-receipt about the same.
