TS EdCET Counselling 2023-24 Dates, Procedure – Telangana B.Ed Web Counselling Details:

Osmania University issued the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test(TS Ed.CET 2023 ) Notification and invited online applications from the eligible candidates for admission into Two years B.Ed regular course in the Colleges of Education in Telangana State for the academic year 2023-24. Eligible candidates were applied their applications through Online mode for this stream. Applied Ed.CET 2023 Candidates were appeared the entrance Examination Through online mode only  for (Physical Sciences, Social Studies and English methodologies), (Mathematics and Biological Sciences methodologies). TS Ed.CET 2023 Examination conducted through Computer Based Test(CBT) on 26-07-2023 (Tuesday) in 3 Sessions TS EdCET 2023 Results released Candidates downloaded the results/rank cards.

 TS EdCET 2023 Detailed Notification For Second & Final Phase Of Web Counselling

The qualified and eligible candidates of TS Ed.CET-2023 Test who have not registered for the phase-I counselling are informed to upload the required certificate (Refer to point c) for online verification to attend Web counselling for admission into two years B.Ed. course for the academic years 2022-2023, as per G.O.MS No.24, dated: 24.08.2017, G.O. Ms. No. 05 dt 31.01.2020, G.O. Ms. No. 14 dt 12.04.2021 G.O. Ms. No.16 dt 11-06-2021 and G.O. Ms. No. 33 dt
30-09-2022 as per the schedule given below.

Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed in the related G.O.Ms. No.24, dated: 24-08-2017, G.O. Ms. No. 05 dt 31.01.2020, G.O. Ms. No. 14 dt 12-04-2021, G.O. Ms. No. 16 dt 11-06-2021 and G.O. Ms. No. 33 dt 30-09-2022 and should be prepared to pay the tuition fee as applicable.

Candidates who have already attended for Certificate Verification in First Phase can directly exercise web options for second and final phase of Counseling as per the schedule.

This notification itself is a call for web counselling. No separate call letters are sent to the individual candidates.

Mere attending of the web counselling does not guarantee a seat.

All candidates are informed to register online at http://edcetadm.tsche.ac.in. from 16th October, 2023 to 19th October, 2023 and furnish all information in the online application form. All the entries should be correct and the candidate is solely responsible for any incorrect entry. All the candidates have to pay non-refundable Processing Fee Rs. 800.00 (Rupees: Eight Hundred only) and Rs. 500.00 (Rupees: Five Hundred only) in case of (SC/ST Candidates) towards Registration cum Verification process which has to be paid through online payment (Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Internet Banking) in favour of ‘Secretary, TSCHE’, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.

Tuition fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota College wise will be notified on the websites: http://edcetadm.tsche.ac.in/ or https://edcet.tsche.ac.in before the commencement of counselling (option entry). Tuition Fee and Special Fee as fixed by the Government shall be paid per annum.

The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

 TS Ed.CET-2023  Phase-2 / Final Phase Counselling Schedule

1. The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
2. The candidate should belong to the State of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
3. The candidate should satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the regulations of admission.
4. Candidates should have secured 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree i.e., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Home Science), BCA, BBM, B.A. (Oriental Languages), BBA or in the Master’s Degree, securing at least 50% aggregate marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
5. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 50% aggregate marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
6. However, the candidates belonging to reserved categories viz., SC/ST/BC and other reserved categories should have secured 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
7. Candidates possessing MBBS/BSC (AG)/ BVSC /BHMT/B.Pharm. and such other professional and job oriented degree courses viz., LL.B are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. course.
8. Candidates possessing a Master Degree without having undertaken Under Graduate study are not eligible for admission.
9. Eligibility to different methodologies is followed as per G.O.MS No.24, dated: 24-08- 2017, G.O. Ms. No. 05 dt 31.01.2020, G.O. Ms. No. 14 dt 12-04-2021 and G.O. Ms. No. 16 dt 11-06-2021.

Certificates to be uploaded at the time of Registration and filling application form

1. TS Ed.CET-2023 Rank Card.
2. Memorandum of marks of SSC/10th/ or equivalent.
3. Memorandum of marks of Intermediate/10+2/ or equivalent.
4. Memorandum of marks in Qualifying Examination (Degree). Incase candidate is not having the minimum qualification marks in Degree then Memorandum of marks in PG Examination is required.
5. Provisional / Original Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination. Incase candidate is not having the minimum qualification marks in Degree then Provisional / Original PG Degree is required.
6. Study certificates from 9th class to Graduation.
7. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education (Distance education/Open school education).
8. Residence certificate from M. R. O of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates Residence certificate from M. R. O either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
9. In respect of Non-Local candidates in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted.
a. Residence Certificate: Candidates who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

b. Employer Certificate: Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies, Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TS Ed.CET- 2023 examination.
10. Transfer Certificate.
11. Latest Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST category candidates, if applicable.
12. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation (applicable only to OC candidates):
*As per the Guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.244, General Administration (SER.D) Department, Government of Telangana, dated. 24.08.2021, the 10% Reservation to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in respect of Admissions into Educational Institutions shall be implemented. Candidates should produce EWS Certificate issued by MRO/ Tahsildar valid for the year 2023-24.
13. The Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should upload the “TC” of the SSC containing Minority status (or) in the absence of TC, a Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination.
14. Special category certificates NCC / CAP / PWD (PH) / SPORTS &GAMES (SG).
15. Latest Parental Income Certificate issued by M.R.O., Telangana Govt. after 01.01.2023.
16. Aadhaar Card.
