The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA web site using user ID (PRAN) and password. 2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.
3. Submit Contribution for Tier I / Tier II
4. Change Scheme Preference
5. Aadhaar seeding
6. Modify address using Aadhaar
7. Initiate withdrawal from Tier II account
8. View your Account details.
9. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
10. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.
11. Change your Password / Secret Question
12. Regenerate password using secret question / OTP
13. Get notifications related to NPS.

Process to Get Account Details

1.Download Mobile Android App from Google PlayStore
2. Click Here to Download App
3. Open App and Click on Login
4. Give your PRAN Number Ex: 110080962757
5. If you Know Password, Procees. Other wise Click on Reset/Forgot Password
6. If you Click on Reset/Forgot Password, then you get another page

7. Fill the details and Captcha and Click on GENERATE OTP
8. You get OTP to Registered Mobile Number
9. Enter OTP and Submit
10. You changed your Password
