Display of Preliminary Key and Receiving of Objections
TSPSC has conducted Written Test (Objective Type Examination) for the post Women and Child Welfare Officer (Including Child Development Project Officer, ICDS, Additional Child Development Project Officer, ICDS and Manager of Warehouse) In Women Development and Child Welfare Department notified vide notfn no.13/2022 on 03/01/2023 FN & AN through CBRT. The Response Sheets of the candidates marked with PreliminaryKeys will be made available in the Commission’s website from 10/01/2023.

The objections on the Preliminary Keys will be accepted online through the link provided in the TSPSC website from 11/01/2023 to 15/01/2023, 5.00 PM. Candidates are advised to note the dates and submit their objections if any through the link provided. Objections received beyond 5.00 PM of 15/01/2023 will not be considered at any cost. The objections submitted through emails and through personal representations will not be considered under any circumstances. The candidates are instructed that they should attach the copies of the proofs from the sources quoted and websites mentioned as references, in the PDF format in the link provided. RESULT NOTIFICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES

Provisional List of Hall Ticket Numbers of the candidates picked up for Verification of Certificates @ 1:2 (PH @ 1:5) ratio.

i. It is hereby informed that, the following candidates are short listed for Certificate verification on the basis of CBRT Examination held on 03/01/2023 FN & AN, for the Post of Women and Child Welfare Officer (Including Child Development Project Officer, ICDS, Addl. Child Development Project Officer, ICDS and Manager Of Ware House) In Women Development and Child Welfare Department., vide Notification No.13/2022 dated:05/09/2022, Scheduled to be held on 01/03/2023 and 02/03/2023 from 10.30 AM onwards at O/o Telangana State Public Service Commission Nampally, Hyderabad. The candidates who are called for Verification of Certificates have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer at the time of Verification of Certificates, no request will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the required certificates.

The candidates who are shortlisted for verification of Certificates are required to submit/show following Original Certificates.

1) Checklist (To download from the Commission’s website and the candidate has to fill basic information).
2) Submitted application (PDF) (downloaded from the Commission’s website).
3) Hall Ticket.
4) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).
5) School Study certificate from 1st to 7th class or Certificate of Residence obtained from competent Authority by Telangana Govt. (When the candidates have not studied in School but studied privately or in open School).
6) Provisional or Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo (Graduation/Post Graduation).
7) Integrated Community certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by T.S. Government with Father/ Mother Name.
8) Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father name as per Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt., of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Dept, Dt: 18-12-2015/ GOMs No.20 BCW(OP) Dept. dated:31/10/2017 (Prescribed format hosted on Website). Other Backward Classes Certificate is not allowed.
9) Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Servant (Regular) Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate, Ex- Servicemen Certificate if any.
10) Disability Certificate (SADAREM Certificate) in case of PH candidates. The PH candidates have to undergo a medical examination at respective Medical Board.
11)Income certificate for the Financial Year prior to the year of application issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government for claiming EWS reservation
12)NOC from employer for In-service candidates.
13)2 sets of Attestation forms duly signed by Gazetted Officer (download from the Commission’s website).
14)Any other relevant document in pursuance of Notification.
iii. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage of selection process.
iv. The candidates must note that, those who applied under equivalence of qualification are admitted subject to verification of qualifications and other eligibility criteria to the satisfaction of the commission. Hence, admission to the Verification of certificates is
strictly “Provisional”.
