SSA Funds- Restrictions Cancelled on Withdrawal of SSA Grants- Memo No 390. SSA Telangana has issued instructions on withdrawal of SSA Funds earlier which have been cancelled now Vide Memo No 390 Dated 04.01.2017. Telangana Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan ( Rajiv Vidya Mission ) has lifted instructions on issuing Cheques and Withdrawing Money from RVM/SSA SMC/CRC/BRC Accounts .

Attention of the DEO& EO POs are invited to the references cited, wherein certain restrictions imposed on drawl of SSA funds at district level due to paucity of funds.

At present all DPOs are having sufficient funds due to retrieval of unspent balances received from the SMC accounts, it is decided to cancel the Memo instructions issued in ref 1st cited above.

In this regard, vide ref 2nd cited, the DPOs are informed to submit the SSA Cheques to the Rankers directly as was the earlier procedure. No need to submit the day to day cheque details to the SPO for online clearance under intimation to the respective banker.
