A Common Entrance Test designated as Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (APPECET-2023) will be conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur for the academic year 2023-24  for those candidates who want to take admission into the‘Bachelor of Physical Education’ (B.P.Ed.) (Two years) and ‘Undergraduate Diploma in Physical Education’ (U.G.D.P.Ed) (TwoYears) courses.  Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appearing to Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (APPECET-2023) for admission into B.P.Ed (Two years) & U.G.D.P.Ed (Two years) courses offered by the Universities and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh state for the Academic year 2023-24.

ANDHRA PRADESH PHYSICAL EDUCATION COMMON ENTRANCE TEST-2023 APPECET-2023 notification details

1. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for APPECET-2023 may submit their application through ONLINE mode only.

2. Application Registration fee @ Rs. 900/- for OC, Rs.800/- for BC and Rs.700/- for SC & ST candidates   through A.P. online centers/payment gateways (Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking) from 20th June,2023.

3. APPECET-2023 application should be submitted through ONLINE MODE only.

4. The test will be conducted at Acharya Nagarjuna University Campus, Nagarjuna Nagar, Guntur only.The date and time of test will be furnished in the hall ticket. The Date and Time of test of all candidates will be displayed in the Website https://sche.ap.gov.in/pecet

5. Candidates can down load their hall tickets from the web site. Candidate should report at the testing Center half-an-hour before the commencement of the Test at their own expenses.
The test will be held in two parts i.e.
a) Physical Efficiency Test
b) Skill Test in Game

Eligibility to Appear FOR AP PECET – 2023 

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for APPECET- 2023.
1. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality.
2. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh only. The candidates should satisfy local / non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 2174 as subsequently amended

Eligibility for B.P.Ed. (Two years):

Candidates should have appeared third year degree examination or passed three years degree recognized by any university in A.P. or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2023. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.

Eligibility for U.G.D.P.Ed. (Two years) :

Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2023. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.

The in-service Physical Education Teachers (P.E.Ts) seeking admission into B.P.Ed. (Twoyears) Course or U.G.D.P.Ed. (Two Years) Course need not appear for any Entrance Test conducted by APPECET Convener. They have to apply directly to the Director of School Education, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District through proper channel as per the respective D.E.O.s notification.

Note: Graduates obtained the degree under distance mode from Deemed to be Universities and Private Universities are not eligible unless such programmes have the approval of joint action committee of UGC and Distance Education Council and AICTE.

Eligible candidates who wish to apply for APPECET-2023 may submit their application through ONLINE mode only. In case your account is debited and the website gets disconnected before payment receipt generation, kindly check your Payment Status using Know Your Payment Status option by providing your details. If you get message “Payment Details Not Found” , candidate is requested to go for a fresh payment and the amount for the failure transaction will be refunded to their debited bank account in 5 working days.
