Migrant Workers Registration process has been started for Interstate movement. Due to Lockdown, migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students, and other persons are stranded at different places. They would be allowed to move their own places.   After a month of Lockdown, the Government has given a major lockdown relaxation to the migrants who have been stranded in various places And for this, every state government has launched a portal so that their people can register in the same and they will bring back their home safely. The migrant workers and other persons can submit the registration form either by calling at AP government helpline number or online through spandana.ap.gov.in portal.

How to Apply Migrant Workers Registration Form in Spandana website 


Step1: first visit spandana.ap.gov.in and click on the “COVID 19 movement of people” section or directly visit this page (http://spandana1.ap.gov.in/Registration/onlineRegistration).

 Step2:  The page will be appeared as below

Step3:  Now select the type of migration form:

Step4: AP to other states (Those migrant people who are stranded in Andhra Pradesh and want to return to their home state)

Step5:Other states to AP (Those people stranded in other states and want to come back to Andhra Pradesh.)

Step6:After selecting the migration form, proceed to fill the registration form. Following details would be required to complete the application.

1. Name, Age, Gender, Mobile Number, Aadhaar number
2. AP address (where you want to go or are right now)
3. Other state address (where you are or where you want to go)

Step7: Now, you have to tell the purpose of the travel (migrant worker, office work, pilgrim, student, other), and members count (if/or people are with you).

Step8:  The AP government will consider the emergencies and wedding requests of up to 10 people.


Step9: The government will arrange the transport facilities for the migrants for interstate travel.

Step10: The local officials will contact you within 1-2 days after completing the application form.

The Andhra Pradesh government has also requested the Indian Railways and Central government to run special trains for movement of migrant workers during lockdown. Special trains from Andhra Pradesh to other states (Maharashtra, Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Odisha) is expected to be announced soon.

How to Fill the format of AP Govt ePass For Migrant Workers

3. అప్పుడు http://spandana1.ap.gov.in/Registration/onlineRegistration అని కొత్త ట్యాబ్ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. అందులో మీ యొక్క పూర్తి వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి.
4. మీరు ఏపీ నుంచి ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలకు వెళ్లాలనుకుంటున్నారా, లేదా ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి ఏపీకి రావాలనుకుంటున్నారో తెలియజేయాలి.
5. మీ పేరు, ఆధార్ కార్డు నెంబర్, మొబైల్ ఫోన్ నెంబర్, మరియు మీ వయసు తెలియజేయాలి.
6. ఆ తర్వాత ఏపీలో మీరు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లాలనుకుంటున్నారో నమోదు చేయాలి.
