Andhra Pradesh state Government CSE AP has launched Abhyasa eLearning App for Online Teachers training on CLEP. Teachers can access the reading material, webinar recorded video and self-assessment in the ABHYASA APP. Teachers can access these material in the course section of Abhyasa app with title name of Phase-2 CLEP training to teachers on English. AP SCERT Youtube Live for Teachers by Conducting webinar. AP Teachers Webinar Online CLEP 2 Trining Schedule  AP SCERT YouTube live training


 AP  School Education – EMIC – Self Learning Programme for all Teachers (who underwent CLEP training during February 2020) Second CLEP training to teachers from 4-5-2020 through Webinar and Abhyasa App – Instructions – Issued. All the teachers are hereby informed that the training programme will start from 4-5-2020 through webinar from 11 am to 12 pm, the schedule of which is attached in the annexure-I. They are further informed that it is proposed to conduct second Comprehensive Learning enhancement program (CLEP) to all teachers through Webinar and ‘ABHYASA’ self- learning app from 4-5-2020 to 22-5-2020.

4-5-2020 నుండి 22-5-2020 వరకు వెబ్‌నార్ మరియు ‘అభ్యాస లెర్నింగ్ యాప్’ ద్వారా ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ CLEP-2 నిర్వహణ
  1. కోత్త పాఠ్యపుస్తకాల దృష్ట్యా, కొత్త పాఠ్యాంశాలపై శిక్షణ కోసం CLEP-2 కార్యక్రమం ఏర్పాటు చేయబడింది
  2. దీనిలో లైవ్ వెబ్‌నార్ సిరీస్‌లు ఉన్నాయి, తరువాత అభ్యాస సెల్ఫ్ లెర్నింగ్ యాప్‌లో స్వీయ-అంచనా. సంబంధిత అభ్యాస సామగ్రి, ఆఫ్‌లైన్ వీడియోలు మరియు ఆన్‌లైన్ పరీక్షలు అభ్యాస యాప్ లో post చేయబడతాయి.
అభ్యాస యాప్ లో వెబినార్ శిక్షణ పొందడం ఎలా…??

  1. రోజు వారీ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం APSCERT యూట్యూబ్ CHANNEL నందు ఉదయం 11 నుండి 12 గంటల వరకు WEBINAR వీక్షించడం.
  2. WEBINAR వీక్షణ అనంతరం ABHYASA యాప్ నందు వెబినర్ సంబంధిత స్టడీ మెటీరియల్/నోట్స్ చదవడం.
  3. అదే టాపిక్ పై ఆ రోజు సాయంత్రం ABHYASA యాప్ నందు టెస్ట్ కి అటెండ్ కావడం.
  4. ABHYASA యాప్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసిన తర్వాత ఖచ్చితంగా లాగిన్ అయ్యాక మాత్రమే పరీక్షకు హాజరు కావాలి.
Key Points of Webinar Online CLEP 2 Training
1. Online webinar training will be conducted through YouTube live streaming from SCERT YouTube channel. Teachers can access this training by simply typing AP SCERT in the search option of YouTube and can access the webinar.
2. Type https://www.youtube.com/ in the browser –Go to search – type ‘AP SCERT youtube channel’ – see the live with that day’s topic – click on the live video.
3. After attending the webinar, teachers can access the reading material, webinar recorded video and self-assessment in the ABHYASA APP. Teachers can access these material in the course section of Abhyasa app with title name of Phase-2 CLEP training to teachers on English.
4. Abhyasa APP installation : 
Go to Google play store – search for ” Abhyasa AP state education dept learning app” – see Logo of book pages with three students in green colour ICON – install – accept the notifications – select preferred language – select designation – login with your treasury id and password as abc@123

HOW TO DO IT ?
Step 1: Open ‘ABHYASA’ APP
Step 2: Click on ‘COURSES’
Step 3: type CLEP in search
Step 4: Select ‘CLEP Phase 2 training’
Step 5: Click on
‘ENROLL IN COURSE’
Step 6: Check Ongoing courses and click on CLEP phase 2 batch ‘Enroll’
Step 7: Enrollment completed.Click on start to view Webinar, Reading Material, Assessment.

అభ్యాస యాప్ లోనికి లాగ్ ఇన్ అవ్వలేకపోతున్న  ఉపాధ్యాయులు  క్రింది  గూగుల్ ఫారం సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి. 

మీకు SMS  వచ్చి,  సమస్య 24 గంటల్లో పరిష్కరించబడుతుంది. అభ్యాస యాప్ లోకి  మీ TREASURY  ID , abc@123 password తో లాగ్ ఇన్ అవ్వండి.Treasury ID లో ముందుగా ఉన్న “0”  ను టైప్ చెయ్యకండి.
Teachers unable to login in Abhyasa
the teachers who are unable to login in Abhyasa APP can fill the form after solving the issues SMS will be sent to you. it will take 24 hours to solve the issue.
please try with your treasury id and password abc@123, if there is zero in the first place please remove and try

Ans:  15 రోజులు (మే 4 నుండి మే 22 వరకు)


ప్రశ్న: ఈ ఆన్లైన్ ట్రైనింగ్ ప్రోగ్రాం ఎలా హాజరు కావాలి
Ans: యూట్యూబ్ సెర్చ్ బాక్స్ లో AP SCERT అని టైప్ చేస్తే మన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ SCERT వారి ఛానెల్ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది …అందులో  
మే 4 నుండి ఉదయం 11 నుండి 12 గంటలవరకు లైవ్ ప్రోగ్రాం ప్రసారం జరుగుతుంది.




ప్రశ్న:CLEP ట్రైనింగ్ ప్రోగ్రాం లో ఆన్లైన్ అసెస్మెంట్ టెస్ట్ లు ఎలా రాయాలి?
Ans:ఆన్లైన్ అసెస్మెంట్ టెస్ట్ లు రాయటానికి ముందుగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరు AP SCERT వారు తయారు చేసిన ABHYASA APP ను తప్పకుండా డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని లాగిన్ కావలెను .ఈ ఆప్ లో రోజువారీ ఆన్లైన్ క్లాస్ కి సంభందించిన అసెస్మెంట్ టెస్ట్స్ లు పొందుపరచటం జరుగుతుంది.


ప్రశ్న :  స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్/ ఆండ్రాయిడ్ ఫోన్ లేనటువంటి ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఈ ఆన్లైన్ ట్రైనింగ్ ప్రోగ్రాం ఎలా హాజరు కావాలి?
Ans:* స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్ /ఆండ్రాయిడ్ ఫోన్ లేని ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఉన్నట్లయితే…
 వారు ఈ CLEP – 2 శిక్షణ webinar ద్వారా తీసుకోలేనట్లైతే… 
వారు కరోనా లాక్ డౌన్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత రెగ్యులర్ శిక్షణ తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది…..
 ఎవరు webinar ద్వారా ట్రైనింగ్ పొందారు.. ఎవరు ట్రైనింగ్ పొందలేదు….. 

అనే విషయాలను గౌరవ మండల విద్యా శాఖాధికారులు  ఎప్పటికప్పుడు గమనించి….. webinar ద్వారా ట్రైనింగ్ పొందని వారికి  లాక్ డౌన్ తర్వాత రెగ్యులర్ శిక్షణ ఇప్పిస్తారు.
