ప్రభుత్వం ఒకే విడత రికార్డు స్థాయిలో భర్తీ చేస్తున్న 1,26,728 ఉద్యోగాలు మెరిట్ అభ్యర్థులకు దక్కాలన్నదే ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి లక్ష్యమని చెప్పారు. రాతపరీక్ష ఏర్పాట్లపై ఆగస్టు 20నఆయన ఇచ్చిన ఇంటర్వ్యూ ముఖ్యాంశాలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి.

రాతపరీక్ష  ముఖ్యాంశాలు : 

1. రాత పరీక్షలకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న 21.69 లక్షల మందికి పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల కేటాయింపు పూర్తి.
2. రెండు మూడు రోజుల్లో ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో అందుబాటులో హాల్ టిక్కెట్లు. రాత పరీక్షల్లో వచ్చిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగానే ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు.
3. పరీక్ష కేంద్రాల ఇన్విజిలేటర్లుగా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులను మాత్రమే నియమిస్తాం. ఏ పరీక్ష కేంద్రం కేటాయించేది పరీక్షకు ఒక్క రోజు ముందు వెల్లడి. ఏ గదిలో ఎవరుంటారనేది రెండు మూడు గంటల ముందు మాత్రమే నిర్ణయం.
4. ప్రతి పరీక్ష కేంద్రంలో రెండు వీడియో కెమెరాలతో చిత్రీకరణ.
5. కంప్యూటర్ ద్వారానే ఓఎమ్మార్ షీట్ల స్కానింగ్. రెండు సార్లు స్కాన్ చేసి, ఫలితాన్ని క్రోడీకరించుకుంటుంది. రాత పరీక్ష ఫలితాల మార్పులు చేర్పులకు ఎలాంటి అవకాశం ఉండదు.
6. ఒకే అభ్యర్థి ఒకే రోజు రెండు వేర్వేరు ఉద్యోగాలకు జరిగే రాత పరీక్షలకు హాజరు కావాల్సి ఉంటే ఒకే పరీక్షా కేంద్రం కేటాయింపు.
7. అభ్యర్థులు రెండున్నర గంటల పాటు పరీక్ష కేంద్రంలో ఉండాల్సిందే. ఒక్క నిమిషం ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చినా లోపలికి అనుమతించం.
8. కంటి చూపు, రెండు చేతులు లేని వారికి సహాయకుడి ఏర్పాటు. అదనంగా మరో 50 నిమిషాల సమయం.
9. రాత పరీక్షకు హాజరయ్యే అభ్యర్థి పేరు, ఇతర వివరాలు, అతని హాల్ టిక్కెట్ నంబర్‌తో సహా ఓఎమ్మార్ షీట్ల ప్రింటింగ్ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి.
10. కట్టుదిట్టమైన భద్రత మధ్య ఆయా జిల్లాల్లోని స్ట్రాంగ్ రూంలకు తరలింపు ప్రారంభం. స్ట్రాంగ్ రూంల వద్ద 24 గంటలు పనిచేసే సీసీ కెమెరాల ఏర్పాటు.

1. Allocation of examination centers for 21.69 lakh persons who applied for written examinations has been completed.
2. Hall tickets available online in two to three days. Job placements are based on marks obtained in written exams.
3. We only hire government employees as examination centers. Which test center is allocated will be disclosed one day before the test. Only two to three hours before deciding who is in the room.
4. Filming with two video cameras at each test center.
5. Scanning of OMMAR sheets by computer. Scans twice and coders the result. Changes to the written test results are unlikely to be included.
6. Allocation of a single exam center if a single candidate is required to appear for two separate written exams on the same day.
7. Candidates are required to stay in the examination center for two and a half hours. One minute late arrives, but not allowed inside.
8. Eyesight, a helper’s arrangement for those who don’t have both hands. An additional 50 minutes.
9. Complete the printing process of OMMAR sheets including the candidate’s name, other details and his hall ticket number.
10. Commencement of evacuation of strong rooms in the respective districts in the Middle East. Installation of 24 hour working CC cameras at Strongrooms.
11.  Candidates who attend the written test must adhere to government regulations. If a single candidate has applied for different posts, they have to take hall tickets separately. Candidates should arrive at the examination centers within 30 minutes. Electronic devices such as cell phones and Bluetooth were not taken to the examination centers, as they were not allowed to be tested for a minute. Blue and Black pens should only be used for bubbling on the OMR sheet.
