AP School Education is decided to conduct the common summative Assessment-1 from 24-11-2023 to 08-12-2023  for High schools and Primary schools. All the Headmasters are instructed to follow the Time table communicated by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Education Research and Training SCERT, Andhra Pradesh state. released Common Time Table to conduct CCE Summative Assessment SA 1 in AP. The question papers for class VIII mathematics and general science are separate for government and private schools. •  పరీక్షల టైం టేబుల్ విద్యార్థులందరికీ స్పష్టంగా తెలియజేయండి.
•  ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలను ఏరోజుకారోజు పరీక్ష ప్రారంభ సమయానికి ఒక గంట ముందు మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయము నుండి తీసుకుని వెళ్లి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి.
•  టైం టేబుల్ నందు  పేర్కొనిన తరగతులకు పేర్కొనిన సమయంలో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి.
•  పరీక్షలు పూర్తైన వెంటనే ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి వారి సబ్జెక్టులలో కీ స్వయంగా తయారుచేసుకుని జవాబు పత్రాలను మూల్యాంకనం చేయాలి. విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను సంబంధిత రిజిస్టర్ లందు నమోదు చేయడంతో పాటు నిర్ణీత సమయంలోపల స్టూడెంట్ ఇన్ఫో సైట్ నందు ఎంటర్ చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి. 
•  జవాబు పత్రాలను తనిఖీ అధికారుల పరిశీలనార్థం భద్రపరచాలి.
• విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులందు నమోదు చేసి  తల్లిదండ్రుల సమావేశం ఏర్పాటుచేసి ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులను వారికి అందివ్వాలి.
•  పరీక్షలలో తక్కువ ప్రతిభ చూపిన విద్యార్థులకు ప్రత్యేక బోధన చేయాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయుల సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో మరియు పేరెంట్స్ కమిటీ సమావేశంలో ఎస్ ఏ 1 నందు విద్యార్థులు చూపిన ప్రతిభపై చర్చించాలి.

SA -1 Exams- Main Changes in AP SA1 Exams  November/December-2023

• 2023-24 విద్యాసంవత్సరం యొక్క సమ్మేటివ్-1 పరీక్షలు 2023 నవంబర్ 24వ తేది నుండి డిసెంబర్ 6వ తేది వరకు జరపాలని విద్యాశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ పరీక్షలకు కొన్ని ముఖ్య్యమైన మార్పులు చేసింది ప్రభుత్వం.
• అవి- 6 నుండి 10 తరగతి వరకు అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులకు ఒకటే పేపర్ ఉంటుంది.
• ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న 8వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు SA-1 గణితం మరియు జనరల్ సైన్స్‌ పరీక్షలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం వారు పంపిణీ చేసిన TABS లో నిర్వహించబడును.
• 6 నుండి 9 తేదీ వరకు టోఫెల్ పరీక్ష జరుగును.

• Latest updates for 8th class SA1 exams 2023 : For Class 8th Maths and General Science Exam should be conducted in Tabs provided by Govt. The attention of all the regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the state is drawn to Reference 1, which issued the year-long schedule for conducting Assessments for the academic year 2023-24 in all management schools across the state.

In light of the SEAS (State Educational Achievement Survey) preparation, instructions have been given to prepare students of classes 3, 6, and 9 according to the assessment framework outlined by NCERT.

Furthermore, it has been observed in the academic calendar for 2023-24 that Summative Assessment 1 was initially scheduled for 04.11.2023. However, due to the SEAS preparation and survey schedule, and keeping in mind the national Library Week from November 14th to 20th, SA1 has been rescheduled and will now be conducted from 24.11.2023.
