Re-engaging of the services of the employees on Out Sourcing/Contract basis in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan for the year 2016-17. RC.1707 Re-Engaging of the services of the employees on out sourcing  SSA. Select and engage the services of Messengers on contract basis / outsourcing for the year 2016-17 in DPOs w.e.f 1-5-2016 duly assessing their performance in the previous years based on merit list and by obtaining fresh contract agreement from the outsourcing agency or the individuals.

Re-engaging of the services of the employees on Out Sourcing/Contract basis in SSA for the year 2016-17 
 In continuation of orders issued in the reference cited, all the Project Officer, Sarva Shiksha Abyiyan in the State are requested to screen, select and engage the services of Messengers on contract basis / outsourcing for the year 2016-17 in DPOs w.e.f 1-5-2016 duly assessing their performance in the previous years based on merit list and by obtaining fresh contract agreement from the outsourcing agency or the individuals, as the case may be for the year 2016-17 within the budget allocation of AWP &B 2016-17 duly following the norms / guidelines issued in the reference cited without any deviations and submit compliance to the State Project Office without fail.

Select and engage the services of Messengers on contract basis / outsourcing for the year 2016-17 in DPOs w.e.f 1-5-2016 duly assessing their performance in the previous years based on merit list and by obtaining fresh contract agreement from the outsourcing agency or the individuals.
