Reference: Meeting held on 31.05.2016 with the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Minster for Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad.

Not to depute the Teachers without Orders from higher authorities: 
All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that certain Teacher Associations have brought to the notice of the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Education that certain District Educational Officers are deputing the teachers to work in offices of the DEO/ Dy.E.O/ Dy.I.O/ M.E.O/ Other Institutions/ Offices without any specific orders of the higher authorities, which is against the RTE norms and thereby increasing Teachers absenteeism and inadequate class transactions and requested to cancel all the deputations of Teachers for effective instruction and avoid absenteeism.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are here by directed to cancel all the deputations which are made without prior permission and strictly not to depute the teachers without specific orders from the higher authorities, failing which the matter will be viewed very seriously.
