Teacher Recruitment 2021: Govt to fill 3479 Vacancies of Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs and TGTs in EMRS, Application begins from tomorrow onwards @tribal.nic.in Ministry of Tribal Affairs Recruitment 2021 Online Application Process to Start from tomorrow onwards. i.e. 31 March 2021 @tribal.nic.in for recruitment to the various posts including Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs and TGTs in the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in 17 States across the country. EMRS Recruitment 2021 For 3,479 Teaching Staff Posts. Apply Online For EMRS TGT And PGT Posts Before May 31st

The Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), under Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has released EMRS Teacher Recruitment Notification inviting online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling Three Thousand Four Seventy-Nine (3,479) EMRS Teaching Staff (TGTs, PGTs Principal and Vice Principal) posts in EMRS through EMRS Teacher Recruitment or a centralized Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by Interviews (excluding TGTs) to be conducted by respective States to be posted across Eklavya Schools in India on a fulltime basis. Online registration-cum-application process for EMRS Teacher Recruitment 2021 starts from today i.e. April 01, 2021 and closes on May 31, 2021.

EMRS Teaching Staff Selection Exam (ETSSE)-2021

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) was set up in 1999, with the objective of providing more focused approach on the integrated socio-economic development of the Scheduled Tribes (STs), the most underprivileged of the Indian Society, in a coordinated and planned manner. Since its inception, endeavor of Ministry of Tribal Affairs has been to take various initiatives for overall upliftment of Tribals across the country. Amongst these, providing quality education to ST students has been the main focus of the Ministry as educational development is a stepping-stone to economic and social upliftment and is also the most effective instrument for overall empowerment. In pursuance of the goal to impart quality education to ST students, Eklaya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) have been established which are co-educational residential schools from Class VI to XII.

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous organization has been set up under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs to establish and manage Eklaya Model Residential Schools across the country. NESTS has taken several initiatives in the recent past to improve the quality of education in the EMRSs. In order to ensure quality teaching in EMRSs, NESTS is conducting a special drive at the central level in association with the State Governments to fill up the vacancies of teaching staff .

The National Testing Agency (NTA) invites online applications from interested/eligible candidates on behalf of NESTS for filling up the teaching posts in the EMRS schools across the states as per details advertised in the Information Bulletin and Guidelines, in the prescribed application form available on the website https://recruitment.nta.nic.in

Ministry of Tribal Affairs Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Principal Posts
  1. The candidate should possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate
  2. B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.
  3. Basic Knowledge of working on compute
Vice Principal Posts
The candidate should possess a Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate
B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.
Basic Knowledge of working on the computer
PGT
Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
Trained Graduate Posts
Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate.
B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Pass in the TET Paper II by CBSE or appearing in TET.
Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
Experience
Principal Posts
(i) The candidate should hold experience of Principals in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600;
OR
(ii)The candidate should hold Vice-Principal/Asstt. Education Officers in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 5400 with combined services of 05 years as PGT and 02 year as Vice-Principal.
OR
(iii) Persons holding posts of PGTs or Lecturer in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800 or equivalent with at least 8 years’ regular service in the aforesaid grade.
OR
(iv) The candidate should hold 15 years combined regular services as TGT in the Pay band of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- and PGT in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- out of which 03 years as PGT.
Vice Principal Posts
(i) The candidate should hold 2 Years experience of working on the post of Vice-Principal in Central/State Govt./Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt.
OR
(ii) The candidate should hold 6 Years experience of working on the post of PGT or Lecturer in Central State Govt. Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt.
OR
(iii) The candidate should hold 10 Years experience of working as PGT or Lecturer and TGT in Central State/ State Govt. /Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt, of which at least 3 years should be of working on the post of PGT or Lecturer.
Ministry of Tribal Affairs Recruitment 2021 Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a computer-based test followed by an interview. There will be no interview round for TGT posts.
