వేసవి సెలవుల్లో పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలో పాల్గొన్న బోధన మరియు బోధనేతర ఉద్యోగులకు సంపాదించిన సెలవులను సంరక్షించడం. సి & విడిఎస్ఇ-టిఎస్ 21.01.2020 ద్వారా వివిధ విధులపై సంపాదించిన ఆకుల సంరక్షణ (ఎన్నికల విధి) నివారణపై స్పష్టీకరణలు.

వేసవి సెలవులు – సంపాదిత సెలవులు
*జనాభా లెక్కల డ్యూటీ చేస్తే రెమ్యూనరేషన్ తో పాటు సంపాదిత సెలవులు(ELs) ఇస్తారు. కానీ వేసవిలో పదవ తరగతి  స్పాట్ వాల్యువేషన్ కి రెమ్యునరేషన్ మాత్రమే ఇస్తారు సంపాదిత సెలవులు (ELs) ఇవ్వరు.*

*ఏ ఏ  సందర్భాలల్లో  సంపాదిత సెలవులు (ELs) ప్రిజర్వ్ చెయ్యాలి అనే అంశాలతో సంచాలకులు పాఠశాలవిద్యాశాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు Rc.No.03/plg-1/2020 తేది: 21.1.2020 విడుదల చేశారు.*

*వెకేషన్ పరిధిలోకి వచ్చే పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేసే బోధన/బోధనేతర సిబ్బందికి సంవత్సరానికి 6 సంపాదిత సెలవులు ( జనవరి 1 న 3,జులై 1 న మరో 3 సంపాదిత సెలవులను G.O.Ms.No.317 తేది: 15.9.1994 ద్వారా లీవ్ అకౌంట్ లో జమచేస్తారు.*

*వేసవిలో 10వ తరగతి పరీక్షా విధులు నిర్వర్తించే ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఆ పాఠశాలో పనిచేసే జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్/రికార్డు అసిస్టెంట్ ఆఫీస్ సబార్డినేట్ కు సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేయాలి.*

*ఒకవేళ ఆ పాఠశాలలో  జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్/రికార్డు అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టు మంజూరు లేనట్లయితే సీనియర్ టీచర్ కు సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరుచేయాలి. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ ELs ప్రిజర్వేషన్ ముగ్గురికి మించకూడదు.*

*ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 82 లోని సబ్ రూల్ 15 ప్రకారం వేసవిలో విధులు నిర్వహించి రెమ్యూనరేషన్ తీసుకున్నట్లయితే సదరు టీచింగ్/నాన్ టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ కు ELs మంజూరు చేయబడవు. అయితే  ఎన్నికల విధులు,జనాభా గణన,ఓటరు జాబితాల తయారీ/రివిజన్ విధులు నిర్వహించి రెమ్యూనరేషన్ పొందినను G.O.Ms.No.35 Edn తేది: 16.1.1981 మరియు G.O.Ms.No.355 GAD తేది: 19.5.1995 ప్రకారం రెమ్యునరేషన్ గా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకుండా సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.*

*వేసవిలో 10వ తరగతి మూల్యాంకన (Spot) విధులు,ఇతరత్రా పరీక్ష విధులు నిర్వర్తించి TA&DA, రెమ్యునరేషన్ పొందిన సందర్భంలో సంపాదిత సెలవులు(ELs)మంజూరు చేయబడవు.*

*వేసవిలో పనిచేసిన కాలానికి G.O.Ms.No.114 Fin తేది:28.4.2005 ప్రకారం దామాషా పద్దతిలో (Prapoetinate) సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. 6 రోజుల సంపాదిత సెలవులు కలుపుకుని ELs 30 రోజులకు మించకూడదు.*

Latest instructions of EL Preservation to teachers by DSE 
The teaching and non-taching staff working in the schools/Educational Institutions who have availed the vacation/Summer vacation, 6 days of EL, in two spells i.e, three (3) days from 1st January to 30th  June, and three (3) days from 1st July to 31st December in a calender year may be credited to their leave account as per G.O.Ms.No.317, Education (Ser.V), dated 15.09.1994. Prevention may be accorded during vacation including summer vacation as per the need and neccessity and exigencies of work viz, examination related work/training etc.
