TS Govt has been launched a website for the people who are qualified for this help. Implementation of the Financial Assistance Scheme for all Backward Classes Artisans /Vocational Communities in the Telangana State. The website designed for this purpose was launched by Minister Gangula Kamalakar on Tuesday. Eligible candidates can apply through the website https://tsobmmsbc.cgg.gov.in. Application with 38 columns including photo, Aadhaar, caste certificate has to be filled and submitted through the website. The government provides this financial assistance for the purchase of tools and raw materials related to caste occupations and handicrafts. CM KCR will start this program on June 9 in Manchiryala district. On the same day, ministers and MLAs across the state distributed Rs. Financial assistance . The state government has provided an opportunity for eligible handicrafts and caste professions to apply immediately.

Limit per family : One Person eligible from One Family
Age Limit: Age should be between 18 to 55 Years 18 years to 55 years as on 2nd June 2023.
Income Limit:
Annual Income should not be above Rs.1,50,000 in Rural Area
Annual Income should not be above Rs. 2,00,000 in urban area
Limitations:
The beneficiaries who already availed various welfare schemes Rs.50,000/- and above since last five years from the date of applications are not eligible.

Implementation of the Financial Assistance Scheme for all Backward Classes Artisans/Vocational Communities
implementation of the above scheme as follows and the clarifications are as follows:
1. Whether the Kalyana Lakshmi beneficiares are eligible or not ?
All Kalyana Lakshmi beneficiares are eligible for the above scheme.
2) Whether old income certificate are eligible or fresh Income certificate?
Due to shortage of time the Government have decided that all income certificate after April 1, 2021 are valid for applying scheme.

Subject: BCWD — Implementation of the Financial Assistance Scheme for all Backward Classes Artisans /Vocational Communities in the Telangana State – Guidelines – Orders — Issued.
Reference:
1. G.O.Rt.No.764, dated. 24.05.2023 from General Administration (Cabinet) Department. 2. Minutes of the Cabinet Sub Committee meeting, held on 27.05.2023 8529.05.2023.
In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued for constitute a Cabinet Sub-Committee to study and formulate schemes for Backward Classes Vocational Communities with the Group of Ministers, under the Chairmanship of the Minister for BC Welfare. In the reference 2nd read above, the Cabinet Sub-Committee has made such resolutions for implementing Financial Assistance Scheme for Backward Classes Vocational Castes.
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to implement the Financial Assistant Scheme for BC Vocational Communities in the Telangana State with the following Guidelines.
Guidelines :
- Fresh Registrations shall be taken through online portal from all Backward Classes Artisans / Vocational Communities.
- An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- Lakh for each beneficiary as a grant to upliftment of their respective occupations. The grant will be given to one for one family.
- The individual age limit fixed from 18 Years to 55 Years as on 2nd June 2023.
- The Annual Income shall not exceed Rs.1.50 Lakhs in Rural Areas and Rs.2.00 Lakhs in Urban Areas.
- The beneficiaries who already availed various welfare schemes Rs.50,000/- and above since last five years from the date of applications are not eligible.
- The choice of the equipment and place of purchase shall be left to the beneficiaries.

Grounding Enforcement Mechanism:
a) One Special Officer of the Mandal (appointed by the District Collector), MPDO and his team shall see that the Grounding of the Unit, etc., within a period of (1) month and upload the Photographs in the Website.
b) Special Officer shall visit the Grounded Units every Quarter for a period of (2) years to see the performance of the beneficiary Unit.
3. The Commissioner, BC Welfare, Telangana Hyderabad / the Chief Executive Officer, Telaqngana Most Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad/ the Managing Director, Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd and 11 B.C.Federations shall take necessary further action accordingly.

Step 1 : Eligible candidate first visit https://tsobmmsbc.cgg.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on ‘Financial Assistance for BC Vocational Communities Registration Form’.
Step 3 : Enter the address details of the applicant like District, Constituency, Mandal , etc.
Step 4 : Enter Applicant’s details like, Name, Aadhaar No.,Food Security Card No., age, caste, Occupation, Annual Income, Mobile No, etc
Step 5: Fill the Sector details like, Bank A/C No., IFSC, Branch and PAN details and Purpose of Financial Assistance,
Step 6: Upload Beneficiary Photo.
Step 7 : Tick on ‘Self Declaration’ button and click preview to verify.
Step 8 : After verification, Click on Submit.
Step 9 : Now your application will be submitted successfully.
Step 10: Take printout of the Application for further reference
