Minister for Civil Supplies Gangula Kamalakar said that as per the directions of Chief Minister KCR, financial assistance and distribution of rice will be given to teachers and staff of recognized private educational institutions from this month. An action plan has been prepared to distribute rice and cash from April until the schools reopen. Meanwhile, the government has issued guidelines on providing assistance to private teachers. If there are ineligible persons in the list provided by the schools .. We are taking steps to identify them based on the previously assigned Unified District Information ‌ School ‌ Education ‌ (Udais‌) numbers. In the absence of these numbers, last year’s teaching and non-teaching staff will check the attendance table. Officials said those who are ineligible can complain to the collector. Schedule for TS Govt Financial Support and distribution of rice to Private Teachers

1. Data Collection form all the schools – Submission of Private Teachers Online at Schooledu website 10.04.2021 to 15.04.2021
2. Scrutiny of the Application forms Data scrutiny, compilation and grievance redressal from 16.04.2021 to 19.04.2021
3. Display of Beneficiaries list 20.04.2021
4. Sanction and online transfer money / Depositing of Rs.2000/- into the Eligible Private Teachers Bank Accounts from 21.04.2021 to 24.04.2021

ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ గారి‌ ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఈ నెల నుంచే గుర్తింపు పొందిన ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సిబ్బందికి ఆర్థిక సహాయం, బియ్యం పంపిణీ చేస్తామని పౌరసరఫరాల శాఖ మంత్రి గంగుల కమలాకర్‌ తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల్లో దాదాపు 1.45 లక్షల మంది బోధన, బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది పనిచేస్తున్నారని.. వారికి ప్రతి నెల రూ.2వేలు చెల్లించేందుకు రూ.29 కోట్లు, 25 కిలోల బియ్యం కోసం రూ.13.57 కోట్ల విలువైన 3,625 టన్నుల బియ్యాన్ని సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు వివరించారు. లబ్ధిదారులను రేషన్‌ షాపులవారీగా గుర్తించి నగదు, బియ్యం పంపిణీకి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని కలెక్టర్లు, పౌర సరఫరాల శాఖ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

`💫ఏప్రిల్‌ నుంచి పాఠశాలలు పునః ప్రారంభమయ్యే వరకు బియ్యం, నగదు పంపిణీ చేసేలా కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు గంగుల తెలిపారు. కాగా, ప్రైవేటు టీచర్లకు సాయం అందజేయడంపై ప్రభుత్వం మార్గదర్శకాలిచ్చింది. ఈ వివరాలను విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి సబితా ఇంద్రారెడ్డి శుక్రవారం మీడియాకు వెల్లడించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పాఠశాలలు ప్రారంభమయ్యే వరకు ఈ పథకం అమలవుతుందని ప్రకటించారు. గుర్తింపులేని పాఠశాలలు కూడా టీచర్ల వివరాలను సమర్పించవచ్చని, దీనిపై ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని చెప్పారు. పాఠశాలలు అందించే జాబితాలో అనర్హులు ఉంటే.. వారిని గతంలో కేటాయించిన యూనిఫైడ్‌ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్‌ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్‌ ఫర్‌ స్కూల్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌(యూడైస్‌) నంబర్ల ఆధారంగా గుర్తించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని వివరించారు. ఈ నంబర్లు లేని పక్షంలో గత ఏడాది బోధన, బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది హాజరు పట్టికను పరిశీలిస్తామన్నారు. అనర్హులపై కలెక్టర్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేయవచ్చని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.

ఇవీ మార్గదర్శకాలు..

★శనివారం నుంచి ఈ నెల 15 లోపు ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలలు తమ ఉపాధ్యాయుల వివరాలను ఎంఈవో, డీఈవోలకు సమర్పించాలి.

★ప్రొఫార్మా-ఏ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సంబంఽధించినది. ఇందులో బోధన, బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది వివరాలు, ఆధార్‌ నంబరు, బ్యాంకు ఖాతా వివరాలు, స్థానిక రేషన్‌షాపు వివరాలు తెలియజేయాలి.

★ప్రొఫార్మా-బీ పాఠశాలకు సంబంధించింది. ఇందులో పాఠశాల పేరు, చిరునామా, విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య, బోధన, బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది సంఖ్య వంటి వివరాలు అందజేయాలి. ఈ వివరాలను ఎంఈవో, డీఈవో, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ ఈనెల 16న పరిశీలిస్తారు.

★17-19 తేదీల్లో రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో పరిశీలన, డేటా సేకరణ కార్యక్రమం ఉంటుంది.

★20-24 తేదీల్లో ఉపాధ్యాయుల ఖాతాల్లో నగదు జమచేస్తారు.

★21-25 తేదీల్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్థానిక రేషన్‌ దుకాణాల ద్వారా 25 కేజీల సన్న బియ్యాన్ని పొందవచ్చు.

★ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు రెండు, మూడు పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేస్తే.. ఏదైనా ఒక స్కూల్‌ నుంచి నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.

★దంపతులిద్దరూ ప్రైవేటు ఉపాధ్యాయులైతే ఇద్దరికీ రూ.2వేల చొప్పున ఇస్తారు.“`

DSE Telangana Guidelines on Financial support to Private Teachers

GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA SCHOOL EDUCATION (GENERAL-1) DEPARTMENT

Sub: School Education Dept. – Modalities (or distribution of financial assistance of Rs. 2000/- and 25 kg rice to teaching and non teaching staff of Recognised Private Schools per month until schools reopen – Orders – Issued.

Ref: From the Director of School Education, Telangana Hyderabad., Lr.No.Spl/P5/2021, dt.09.4.2021.

In order to mitigate the suffering teaching and non-teaching staff of Recognised Private Schools in the State due to COVID-19, Government have decided to provide financial assistance of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousands only) and 25kgs rice to them per month until schools reopen. In order to ensure disbursement of the same in a smooth manner the following guidelines are issued.

1. The list of teaching and non-teaching staff working in private recognised institutions as on 160, March, 2020 shall be obtained from the Private Educational Institutions in the prescribed proforma provided online. This proforma will contain the bank account and Aadhaar details of the staff. Part A of the proforma contains the staff details and the Part B contains the school details (Appended herewith).

2. Teaching and non-teaching staff shall fill the Proforma Part-A duly signed by him/her and submit to the Head Master of concerned Private School. The Head Master shall keep the hard copies of the form filled by the staff in the school for physical verification.

The Head Master of the Private School shall then enter the details of the teaching and non-teaching staff through his login in the online application form, in Part-A and Part-B available on https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in, take a printout and then submit the hard copy duly attested by him, to the Office of the District Educational Officer.

The Private school management concerned is responsible for providing accurate data pertaining to their school and staff in the online application.

3. The District Educational Officer shall verify the details based on evidence, through the Mandal Educational Officer/ School Complex Head Masters, or any other Officer designated by the District Collector.

4. After physical verification by the officials concerned, District Educational Officer shall confirm the details of teaching and non-teaching staff, online, in the DEO login.

5. After confirmation, District Educational Officer shall take printouts of the confirmed data entered online and submit the same through the District Collector to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.

6. This confirmed data will be shared with the Finance Department and Civil Supplies Department for providing the Direct Benefit Transfer of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two Thousands only) and 25(Twenty Five) Kgs of rice per month until schools reopen.

7. In case of GHMC and Municipal Corporations, Collectors may take the assistance of the Commissioner and his staff to do the data collection and verification exercise.

The Head Master of the Private School shall then enter the details of the teaching and non-teaching staff through their school login in the online application form, in Part-A and Part-B available on https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in, take a printout and then submit the hard copy duly attested by him, to the Office of the District Educational Officer.

2. Click on “Login”

3. Select appropriate district tab.

4. Enter User Name (UDISE Code) and Password.

5. Under services, select the service Name as
