Inspections in TS Private Schools-Unrecognized schools should be closed from 2016-17. Inspection and action against the Private School managements who are violating the rules as per the guidelines/instructions.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in Zone-V is invited to the references read above and they are requested to ensure that the guidelines given in respect of private school managements by the Director of School Education, TS, Hyderabad with regard to the rules and conditions for running of the school be followed without any deviation.

It is requested to monitor the functioning of private un-aided schools regularly by way of furnishing information online (Voluntary compliance) and also through deployment of monitoring teams at District and sub-district level in their control as per the check list (Notice proforma) furnished and give an opportunity to submit their explanations regarding violation of the rules in G.O.Ms.No. 1/Edn, dt.01.01.1994 and provisions of RTE Act 2009 scrupulously.

Further, all the inspecting officers are also directed to conduct inspection and action against the managements who are violating the rules as per the guidelines/instructions and complete by 15th May 2016 and see that no unrecognized schools shall function from the academic year 2016-2017.
It is directed to communicate the instructions to all the institutions under their jurisdiction for compliance and see that the instructions be followed without any lapse.
