STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE REGISTERING & FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
1) Candidates in their own interest are advised not to wait till the last date and time to submit their applications. KRCL shall not be responsible if candidates are not able to submit their applications due to last minute rush on the KRCL website.
2) Before filling up the form please ensure to read the advertisement throughly which has the eligibility criteria.
3) Click on the “Register” Button below to register
4) Fill up the basic details to Register viz. Full Name, Father’s name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, E-mail Id.
5) On registering, a Roll number will be generated which will be your Login ID. This Login ID will be sent to your Mobile number.
6) The password and login link for filling the application form will be sent to your Email ID.
7) Candidate has to click on the login link given in the email / or paste the link in a browser and put the Login ID (received on mobile) and password (received on Email) to start filling the application form
8)Please note – You can come back and edit your application form using your Login ID and password, provided you have not made the payment. You will not be able to edit the form once payment is made, so please be ready with all the information and documents required for submission of application form.
Please keep the following documents/ information ready before filling up the application form
– Working Mobile number and Email ID. All communication will happen on these coordinates.
– Latest color photograph (80 KB) and signature (50 KB) ready in .jpeg/.jpg format
– 10th and Graduation details of marks and percentage marks scored
– Caste certificate number if SC/ST
– Unique Photo Identification document and number (Any one of these documents – Aadhar number / PAN number / Driving License number / Voters ID)
– Survey number of the land if land loser
– Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet Banking details readily available for making payment
9) Please use Preview button to preview your application form before clicking on Submit which will take you to payments screen. If you want to edit any details, you can go back from preview screen and edit the details and then submit.
10) Payment is online and can be made only using Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet Banking. Candiadte can select any of these options while making payment. Offline modes of payment are not available.
11) Please save the application form in PDF format for future reference.
12) Do NOT send the hard copy of the application form or any documents to the office of KRCL
