Dr NTRUHS BSc Nursing/BPT/BSc MLT Web Counseling, Web options, Certificates verification dates: Dr NTRUHS BSc Nursing/BPT/BSc MLT 1st Phase Web Counseling: Dr NTRUHS BSc Nursing/BPT/BSc MLT 1st phase Web Counseling for exercising options for admission into BSC(Nursing), BPT and BSc(MLT) Courses for 2018-2019. Dr. NTR UHS hereby notify that the first phase of web based counseling for exercising options the candidates those who have attended for certificates verification as per the schedule notified by the University are only eligible for giving Web Options for admissions into B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YDC, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) courses for the academic year 2018-19 in affiliated colleges located in Andhra Pradesh will be conducted as per schedule.

Dr.NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES: A.P: VIJAYAWADA – 520008 Notification for Web based Counseling : Dr. NTR UHS hereby notify that the first and final verification of original certificates for Web Based Counseling will be conducted for Admissions into B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YDC Course, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) in the Colleges under Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada. The candidates applied for admission into B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YDC Course, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) courses for the year 2017-18 are hereby informed that merit list for the above courses are available in the University Website http://paramed.apntruhs.in &  http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in from 24.10.2017. All qualified and eligible candidates of B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YD, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) courses are informed to attend Web Counseling i.e  verification of original certificates for admission into B.Sc, (Nursing) 4 YDC,  Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) courses for the academic year 2017-18 as per the schedule given below at the following Help Line centers.

Note:
1. The eligible candidates are advised to attend for verification of Original Certificates at any one of the above Helpline centers of their choice.
2. The Telangana Candidates those who are seeking admission in un-reserved (15%) and State wide quota seats have to attend Help line centers of Dr. NTRUHS, Vijayawada only, as concerned officials of all the welfare departments of both the States will be available in Vijayawada Center only.
3. Physically Challenged Candidates (PH) certificates verification will be done at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences,Vijayawada only.

B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YD Course: 

1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. 

2. Minimum Education: a. 10+2 Passed @45% aggregate of marks in science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English is compulsory subject. b. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE/NIOS/APOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. c. Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences. d. Those who belongs to SC, ST and BC are eligible with 40% in the Science Group subjects and English is compulsory subject as per orders of the Secretary Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi vide letter No.F.No.1-2/2014-INC and vide the circular No. F.NO.1-6/2016-INC, Dated.21-09-2016. 

3. Students shall be medically fit. 4. Students shall be admitted once in a year (As per the G.O.Rt.No.1095, Health Medical and Family Welfare (K1) Depart., dated.02.09.2013)

Candidates born on or after 02.01.2002 are not eligible for the above course

ELIGIBILITY FOR Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Course 2017-18   

Bachelor of Physiotherapy  BPT Course: Passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational (Physiotherapy) or Inter vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or APOSS with Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years as on 31.12.2018.

ELIGIBILITY FOR B.Sc.MLT  Course  2017-18   

B.SC (MLT) Course: Passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry (or) Intermediate Vocational (Medical Lab Technology) (or) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (or) Inter vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences (or) APOSS with Biological Sciences and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years as on 31.12.2018.

Original Certificates to be produced at the time of  verification of original certificates :

The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates (mentioned below) and two sets of Xerox copies. 

1 Application along with copies of certificates

2 S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth

3 Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent Examination

4 Transfer certificate

5 Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate

6 Aadhaar Card

7 Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit  10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar

8 Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued through E_Seva or Mee. Seva  Officer prescribed

9 The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar

Note :    

1 The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2018. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2018 need not attend the counseling. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2001 are not eligible for admission into the above Courses.

2 The regulations and the details of seats available in various colleges and to exercise web options for admission into the B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YDC Course, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., (Medical Lab Technology) will be notified separately.

3 1.     Candidates please note that this is the first and final phase of verification of original  certificates. No further phase of verification of original certificates will be done. Candidates who got verified their original certificates can only exercise their web options in the subsequent phases if any.

4 The students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled/Minority categories will be considered for  reimbursement of Tuition Fee to the students is subject to verification and eligibility criteria  prescribed by the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh.

5 Tuition fee as prescribed  by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.9
