The following Notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of Telangana State Gazette.

Under the “Explanation” to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.20/25/56 Public-I, Dated: 8th June, 1957, the Government of Telangana State, hereby, declares the day of Poll i.e., 13th February 2016 (Saturday) to be a Public Holiday under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in the area of 35-Narayankhed Assembly Constituency of Medak district.
