Telangana State Governemt has launched the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 allocated Rs. 6,000 crore to empower youth from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities by providing financial assistance to support self-employment ventures.

Telangana Government will provide a loan of Rs 3 lakh to the youth of the state under the Telangana Rajiv Vikasam Scheme. Through this scheme, the Telangana State Government is trying to provide employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of the poor, middle class and lower classes. With a total fund of Rs. 6000 crore, this youth empowerment scheme will provide a loan facility of Rs. 3 lakh to BC, SC, ST and minority youth.

Under this scheme, Five lakh people belonging to SC, ST, and BC minority youth will benefit from this scheme. A subsidy of up to 80% will be available. The last date to apply for this scheme, designed for SC, ST, BC minority youth, has been set as 14th April 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025

Domicile/Residence: Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
 
Community: Must belong to the SC, ST, BC, or Minority community.
 
Age: For Agricultural category units, the age limit should be between 21 years and 60 years.

For Non-agricultural categories, those between 21 years and 55 years can apply.

Income Limit: Those with an annual income of Rs. 1.5 lakh in rural areas and Rs. 2 lakh in urban (municipal corporation, municipality, city panchayat) areas are eligible.
 
Other Terms & Conditions : Under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme… only one person from the family will be eligible for the scheme.
 

 Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025  Guidelines Released

రాజీవ్ యువ వికాసం స్కీమ్ మార్గదర్శకాలు, ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాలను సర్కార్ విడుదల చేసింది.

మార్గదర్శకాలు – ముఖ్యమైన వివరాలు.

  1. రాజీవ్ యువ వికాసం స్కీమ్ కింద… కుటుంబం నుంచి ఒక్కరికే పథకాన్ని వర్తింపజేస్తారు.
  2. రూ. 50 వేల విలువైన యూనిట్‌కు వంద శాతం రాయితీ ఇవ్వనున్నారు.
  3. మొత్తం యూనిట్లలో 25 శాతం మహిళలకు కేటాయిస్తారు. ఒంటరి, వితంతు మహిళలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంటుంది.
  4. దివ్యాంగులకు, తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం, ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణ పోరాటంలో పాల్గొన్న కుటుంబాల వారికి కూడా ఈ స్కీమ్ లో ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది.
  5. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో రూ.1.5 లక్షల వార్షికాదాయం, పట్టణ(మున్సిపల్‌ కార్పొరేషన్, మున్సిపాలిటీ, నగర పంచాయతీ) ప్రాంతాల్లో రూ.2 లక్షల వార్షికాదాయం ఉన్నవారు అర్హులవుతారు.
  6. స్కీమ్ లో వ్యవసాయతేర, వ్యవసాయ అనుబంధ యూనిట్లు ఉన్నాయి. దీంతో వ్యవసాయ అనుబంధ కేటగిరీ యూనిట్లకు వయసు 21 సంవత్సరాల నుంచి 60 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి. వ్యవసాయేతర కేటగిరీలకు 21 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 55 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉన్నవారు అప్లికేషన్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.
  7. రూ.లక్ష నుంచి రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు 80 శాతం రాయితీ ఉంటుంది. రూ.4 లక్షల వరకు ఉన్న యూనిట్లకు 70 శాతం రాయితీ ఇస్తారు. మిగతాది బ్యాంకు రుణంగా అందిస్తుంది.
  8. దరఖాస్తులను మండల స్థాయిలో పరిశీలించేందుకు ప్రత్యేకంగా కమిటీ ఉంటుంది. ఈ కమిటీకి గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎంపీడీఓ కన్వీనర్ గా ఉంటారు.
  9. పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మున్సిపల్‌ కమిషనర్‌/జోనల్‌ కమిషన్‌ కన్వీనర్‌గా వ్యవహరిస్తారు.
  10. జిల్లా స్థాయిలో ఏర్పాటయ్యే కమిటీకి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ చైర్మన్‌గా వ్యవహరిస్తారు. కన్వీనర్‌గా డీఆర్‌డీఏ పీడీ ఉంటారు.
  11. ఈ స్కీమ్ కింద ఎంపికైన వారికి 7 రోజుల నుంచి 15 రోజుల వరకు ఓరియంటేషన్‌ తరగతులు నిర్వహిస్తారు. అనంతరం యూనిట్లు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.
  12. యూనిట్‌ గ్రౌండ్‌ చేసిన తరువాత 6 నెలల నుంచి ఏడాది వరకు శిక్షణ అందిస్తారు.
  13. ఈ స్కీమ్ కింద 160 కి పైగా యూనిట్లు ఉన్నాయి. ఇందులో అగ్రికల్చర్, ఇండస్ట్రీస్, అగ్రోస్, ట్రాన్స్ పోర్ట్ కేటగిరిలు ఉన్నాయి.
  14. దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అర్హతలకు అనుగుణంగా.. యూనిట్లను ఎంచుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఆ యూనిట్ పై ఎంత వరకు రాయితీ వస్తుందో కూడా వెబ్ సైట్ లో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.

Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 Loan Categories and Subsidies

Category 1: Loans up to Rs 50,000 with an 100% subsidy.
Category 2: Loans ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakh with a 80% subsidy.
Category 3: Loans ranging from Rs 3 lakhs  to Rs 4 lakh with a 70% subsidy.
The remaining will be provided as a bank loan.

Selection Procedure for Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme:

The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Telangana offers financial assistance to youth for establishing self-employment ventures. Eligible candidates can apply online. The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 will select eligible candidates based on their application forms, supporting documents, and financial plans. A committee will evaluate applications, and successful candidates will be notified with their loan sanctions.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 by the following steps:
 
Step 1 : First Visit the  OBMMS  official portal tgobmms.cgg.gov.in.
Step2: Click on  Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Registration.
Step 3: Click on Application Form for Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme.
Step 4: Select your Relevant Corporation Name and click on that Tab.
Step 5: Now the Beneficiary Registration Form will be opened.
Step 6 : Enter the details like Aadhaar No., Food Security Card No., Beneficiary Type, Type of Financial assistance , Sector , Scheme
Step 7 : Next Click on GO.
Step 8: Submit necessary documents for verification, including identity proof, community certificate, and income certificate.
Step9: Complete Final Submission once the application is filled, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the process.
