Order:
1. I am to inform you that the Spot Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations March 2016 is scheduled to be conducted from 11-04-2016 to 25-04-2016 both days inclusive for 15 days continuously in a single spell throughout the state in (11) spot valuation centers situated in 10 district head quarters.
2.  In view of the Govt. Memo vide reference 2nd cited I, request all the District Educational Officers in the State to complete the Spot Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations March 2016 by 22-04-2016. 
3. As such the schedule is preponed from 11-04-2016 to 09-04-2016 and shall be completed by 22-04-2016 i.e., the revised schedule is 09-04-2016 to 22-04-2016 for 14 days continuously in a single spell throughout the State duly appointing the required number of AEs/ CEs /Spl Assts, as per the No. of scripts allotment to the Spot valuation Camp concerned.

I, therefore, request you to prepare a schedule and plan of action so that valuation of the Answer Scripts of all paper codes allotted to your camp is completed within the scheduled period i.e., 09-04-2016 to 22-04-2016.

Under any circumstances the camps shall not be extended beyond the given date.
