I wish to submit that, certain Teacher organizations in the State have represented that due to formation of New Districts in the State the Teachers may be relieved those who were transferred in Teachers Transfer Counselling -2015 but not relived due to non availability of substitute in his place of working in the previous school (i.e., from where he/she w as transferred ). Further, they also represented that the Teachers who were transferred are going to take charge in newly carved out Districts.

Therefore, in order to avoid administrative problems and Legal Complications, I request you to take necessary action as indicated below:
i) Ensure one regular Teacher is available in every Primary School and no School is left without a regular Teacher
ii) Identify surplus Teachers within the Mandal so as to provide the regular Teacher for each School redeploying within the Mandal or from neighbouring Mandals.
