About Programme
The SBI Youth for India Fellowship is a 13-Month program, where India’s brightest young minds are given an opportunity to go live and work amongst rural communities to help solve pressing rural development challenges. Fellows are further supported in their projects by leading NGOs and experts across disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Youth For India Fellowship 2020-2021
An aspirant should be an Indian by its nationality.
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/ Bachelors Completed before August, 2020.
Financial Assistance /salary structure
It is a 13-month long program in which you have to work on a project which will be assigned to you and for that you can get following allowances & perks
- Rs.15000/- financial assistance will be given to each aspirant such that he/she can bear their expenses.
- Rs.1000/- per month will be given as traveling allowance.
- After completion of your 13 months long fellowship period, you will be given with Rs. 30000/- such that you can readjust yourself for your future activities.
- Medical insurance will be given to each aspirant.
- You will get an exposure to rural lifestyle.
- You will get a chance to link up with reputed organizations and mentors and all these things will help in your comprehensive growth.
Nature of Work Assigned:
- Selected candidates will go for a training program.
- Under this scheme, you will be posted in a rural area to give your assistance for various development projects.
- You can be assigned with new project or any ongoing project.
- You will be provided with a mentor who will guide you in that particular development project.
- You can get a chance to work for an NGO.
Selection Process:
- The candidates shortlisted in the first stage will be notified on an on-going basis during the application period.
- In the next stage, a series of screenings will be conducted and the last phase will include Final Interviews conducted in major cities.
- SBI will constantly be in touch with the candidates shortlisted in the final stage on an online forum to know them better as well as clarify their doubts regarding the fellowship.

డిగ్రీ పాసైనవారికి ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్ ఫర్ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్’కు దరఖాస్తుల్ని స్వీకరిస్తోంది.
1. మీరు డిగ్రీ పాసయ్యారా? గ్రామీణ భారతంపై అధ్యయనం చేద్దామనుకుంటున్నారా? మీలాంటి వారికోసం స్టేట్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా-SBI అద్భుతమైన అవకాశాన్ని అందిస్తోంది. ‘ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్ ఫర్ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్’ ప్రకటించింది.
2. స్టేట్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా-SBI కార్పొరేట్ సోషల్ రెస్పాన్సిబిలిటీలో భాగంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్న ప్రోగ్రామ్ ఇది. ఈ ఫెలోషిప్కు దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభమైంది. ఎంపికైనవారు గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధిపై 13 నెలల ప్రోగ్రామ్ పూర్తి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
3. ఫెలోషిప్ కాలంలో అంకితభావంతో పనిచేయాలి. వారంతా గ్రామాల్లోకి వెళ్లి అక్కడి సమస్యలు, సవాళ్లపై అధ్యయనం చేయాలి. వారికి ప్రముఖ ఎన్‌జీఓల ప్రతినిధులు, నిపుణులు సహకారం అందిస్తారు.
4. అభ్యర్థులకు గ్రామీణ భారతంలోని సామాజిక, ఆర్థిక అభివృద్ధి పట్ల అంకితభావం, ఆసక్తి, అభిరుచి ఉండాలి. భిన్న సంస్కృతులను నేర్చుకోవడంపై ఆసక్తి ఉండాలి.
5. ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్ ఫర్ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్ కాలవ్యవధి 13 నెలలు. డిగ్రీ పాసైన విద్యార్థులు, ఉద్యోగులు ఈ ఫెలోషిప్కు దరఖాస్తు చేయొచ్చు.
6. డిగ్రీ చివరి సంవత్సరం చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేయొచ్చు. వాళ్లు 2020 ఆగస్ట్ నాటికి డిగ్రీ పాస్ కావాలి. అభ్యర్థుల వయస్సు 2020 ఆగస్ట్ 1 నాటికి 21 నుంచి 32 ఏళ్లు ఉండాలి.
7. వేర్వేరు నేపథ్యం, వృత్తి, వ్యక్తిగత అంశాలను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొని ఫెలోషిప్కు ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
8. ఫెలోషిప్కు ఎంపికైనవారు విద్య, మహిళా సాధికారత, నీటి వనరులు, సాంప్రదాయ కళలు, టెక్నాలజీ, సోషల్ ఆంట్రప్రెన్యూర్‌షిప్, గ్రామీణ జీవితం, స్వయం పరిపాలన, ఆరోగ్యం, ఆహార భద్రత, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఇంధన వనరులు లాంటి అంశాలపై అధ్యయనం చేయాలి.
9. ఇప్పటికే ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్ ఫర్ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్‌ను 300 మందికి పైగా అభ్యర్థులు పూర్తి చేశారు. వీరిలో 70 శాతం మంది గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి కోసం పనిచేస్తున్నారు. దేశంలోని 99 మారుమూల గ్రామాల్లో సేవలు అందిస్తున్నారు. సుమారు 10 ఎన్‌జీఓలు వీరికి సహకారం అందిస్తున్నాయి.
