All the DEOs & EO-DP0s, SS in the State are informed that all the Government & Local body Schools in the State are to be developed as Swachh Patashala to promote quality education, inculcate good habits among school children, proper maintenance of infrastructure, neat maintenance of toilets and to ensure hygienic atmosphere in School premises etc.

In this context, the detailed guidelines containing self evaluation report of School. formation of ‘Swachh Clubs’ with school children arc sent herewith. They are requested to communicate these guidelines immediately to the HMs of all the Schools by directing them to follow the guidelines in developing School as “Swachh Patashala”.

Further, they are requested to pay their personal attention to this item and ensure that each school in the district is developed as Swachh Patashala with active involvement of field functionaries.

 డీఈవోలు, ఆర్జేడీలకు విద్యాశాఖ మార్గదర్శకాలు 
 రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లను స్వచ్ఛ పాఠశాలలుగా మార్చాలని డీఈవోలు, ఆర్జేడీలకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కమిషనర్ టీ విజయ్‌కుమార్ ఆదివారం ఆదేశాలు జారీచేశారు. వీటితోపాటు మార్గదర్శకాలను కూడా విడుదల చేశారు. స్వచ్ఛ పాఠశాలలుగా తీర్చిదిద్దిడంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు, విద్యార్థులను భాగస్వాములుగా చేయాలన్నారు. స్వచ్ఛ పాఠశాలలుగా మార్చే క్రమంలో వ్యక్తిగత పరిశుభ్రత కమిటీ, హ్యాండ్‌వాష్ సబ్‌కమిటీ, పారిశుద్ధ్య కమిటీ, తాగునీటి కమిటీ, సాధారణ ఆరోగ్య సబ్ కమిటీలను పాఠశాలలవారీగా ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని తెలిపారు.

 స్కూళ్లకు స్వచ్ఛ స్టార్‌ రేటింగ్స్‌ 
 37 అంశాల్లో ప్రతి పనికి మార్కులు: విద్యాశాఖ నిర్ణయం 
స్వచ్ఛ పాఠశాల కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా పాఠశాలలకు స్టార్‌ రేటింగ్స్‌ ఇవ్వాలని విద్యాశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది. 37 అంశాల ఆధారంగా ప్రతి పనికి మార్కులను కేటాయించింది. ప్రతి నెల చివరి రోజున మార్కులు కేటాయించి స్టార్‌ రేటింగ్స్‌ను స్కూల్‌ నోటీస్‌ బోర్డులో ప్రదర్శిస్తారు. తక్కువ రేటింగ్స్‌ వస్తే తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై చర్చించి అమలు చేయాలని విద్యాశాఖ కార్యదర్శి ఆదేశించారు.

Star Ratings for Schools

1. 90-100% మార్కులొస్తే 5 స్టార్‌.. 
2. 75-89% మార్కులొస్తే 4 స్టార్‌.. 
3. 51-74% మార్కులొస్తే 3 స్టార్‌.. 
4. 35-50% మార్కులొస్తే 2 స్టార్‌.. 
5. 35% కన్నా తక్కువ మార్కులొస్తే ఒక స్టార్‌ ఇస్తారు
