Selection Process – Publication of merit List and Certificates verification:
1. After submission of applications through website, the merit list will be prepared in 1:3 ratio based purely on their P.G. marks in each subject .
2. The merit list will be handed over to the selection Committee for verification and genuinity of their certificates.
3. The Selection committee shall allot the candidates to respective Government Junior Colleges as per their option.
Required documents for Certificate Verification:The selected candidates shall bring three sets of attested Xerox copies of their
1. P.G. Marks Memo, Provisional Certificate and P.G. Certificate,
2. Caste Certificate
3. Local Nativity Certificate along with originals .

4. After verification of the Selection Committee, the District Collector concerned will alott the Guest Faculty in each subject and each college as per the merit list to the Concerned Principals of Government Junior Colleges in the State.

The following guidelines are issued to the Principals of all Government Junior Colleges and District intermediate Education Officers in the State for selection of Guest Faculty to work in Government Junior Colleges on purely on hourly basis for the Academic Year 2022-2023.(1) The selection committee consisting of District Collector as Chairman, Joint Collector as Member and Principal of Government Junior College concerned as Member for selection of Guest Faculty in Government Junior Colleges.(2) The Principals of Government Junior Colleges in the State shall notify the sanctioned vacancies where there is viable student strength and workload subject wise to the District Intermediate Education Officers of their respective districts.(3 The District Intermediate Education Officers concerned shall give the wide publicity in ‘local newspapers by notifying the college wise, subject wise vacancies in the districts concerned. The District Intermediate Education Officers concerned shall also inform in the notification that the interested candidates shall submit their applications for the concerned subject through online in the following website giving 1-week time for applying for the post. ” www.cie.telangana.gov.in”(4) The District Intermediate Education Officers concerned also have to publish the above website in their advertisement.
(5) The District Intermediate Education Officers concerned are requested to give prefecercc to the locally available candidates.
(6) The candidates should be fully qualified to hold the post as per the qualifications prescribed in relevant service rules [for Vocational as per relevant Government Orders issued in this regard from time to time and for General courses as per service rules ssuecl in G.O.Ms.No.302, dated 30.12.1993] [Copies enclosed]
(7) The candidates those who are eligible shall apply through the above website within 1 week from the date of Issue notification.
(8) After submission of applications through above website, the merit list will be prepared in 1:3 ratio based purely on their P.G. marks in each subject and it will be handed over to the selection Committee for verification and genuinity of their certificates. The Selection committee shall allot the candidates to respective Government Junior Colleges as per their option.
(9) The selected candidates shall bring three sets of attested Xerox copies of their P.G. marks, Memo, Provisional and P.G. Certificate, Caste and Local Nativity Certificate along orrt:i originals for verification by the Selection Committee.
(10) After verification of the Selection Committee, the District Collector concerned will allot the Guest Faculty in each subject and each college as per the merit list to the Concerned Principals of Government Junior Colleges in the State.
(11) Their services shall be utilized only till the commencement of Intermediate Public Examination February/March2021.
(12) Tnese candidates shall not have any daim for regularization or renewal in future.
(13) The Guest Faculty engaged should be informed that, they are not eligible for any Kind of benefits on par with the regular employees or Contract employees since they are purely engaged on payment on hourly basis.
(14) The Guest Faculty so engaged should be Instructed to maintain teaching diaries and submit work-done statements promptly.
(15) Remuneration should be paid to the Guest Faculty after obtaining the work done statements from the concerned Guest Faculty duty certified by the Principals of Government Junior Colleges concerned.
(16) Separate attendance should be maintained for all the Guest Faculty working in the College through bio-metric system.
