TS Schools BADIBATA 2023-2024 Prof. Jaya Shankar BadiBata Programme day wise Activities, implementing Guidelines  The C and DSE Telangana has given instruactions on Conduct of ‘Prof. Jaya Shankar BadiBata’ Programme for the year 2023-2024 in TS Schools. Below mentioned Preparatory Programmes(Activities) should be organized in the month of June 2023. Time to time detailed guidelines and instructions to be issued  on TS schools Students Enrollment Drive, LEP 3 Rs Remedial Teaching Porgramme, School Readiness – Class Readiness Porgramme, Badi Bata Schedule, Badi Bata Activities, Badi Bata Guidelines, Badi Bata Day wise Programmes, Badi Bata Programmes Day wise Activities. The day wise schedule and programme of BadiBata will be communicated separately. TS Schools Badi Bata Programme to be conducted during 3rd June 2023 to 17th June 2023.

The attention of all the DEOs & EO-DPOs, SS in the State is invited to the subject read above. They are informed that Special enrollment drive in the name of “Prof.Jayashankar Badi Bata” is scheduled to be taken up in all the Schools in the State from 03.06.2023 to 17.06.2023 to enroll all the school age children in Schools.

Activities to be taken up under Badi Bata after reopening of Schools: In addition to the activities of Enrollment Drive mentioned at (B), the following day wise activities shall be taken up from 12.06.2023 to 17.06.2023 on par with regular teaching activities

Mana Ooru Mana Badi / Mana Basti Mana Badi

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines, as applicable

·        Decorate theschools attractively so that the people in the habitats can recognize the importance of Badi Bata. Conduct rallies and distribute pamphlets.

·        In order to create festive atmosphere in School the students are to be encouraged to take up Rangoli activity and to welcome the parents/community/public representatives.

·        Proper awareness to be created among parents and community on the details of infrastructure provided for the convenience of the students under Mana Ooru Mana Badi/Mana Basti Mana Badi by the state government and the details of facilities sanctioned to the school under this program.

Foundation Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) (Tholimettu):

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines, as applicable.

·        Creating awareness among parents on FLN (Tholimettu) in improving learning levels by students.

·        Displaying learning. outcomes posters class wise and subject wise.

·        To make aware parents about the learning levels of students before implementation of FLN and after implementation of FLN.

·        Creating awareness on Bilingual Text Books among Parents.

Saamoohika Aksharabhyasam

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines, as applicable.

·        Honorable public representatives shall be invited to the Saamoohika Aksharabhyasa programme. This shall be ‘celebrated in a festive environment. Cultural programmes depicting the importance of Badi Bata and education shall be conducted.

·        Ensure the attendance of newly enrolled children along with their parents.

·        Arrange the material for Aksharabhyasa

·        Formation of school level children committees & clubs

Conduct of Bala Sabha

·        Cultural activities ‘Shall be conducted for school children on importance of Education facilities provided by Government etc.

·        Preparation of TLM in a play way method and display at the prominent place.

Enrollment of Children with Special Needs (CwSN) and Out of School Children

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines, as applicable.

·        Identification of children with special needs and to ‘enroll them in Schools / Bhavitha Centres

·        Enrollment: of all out of school children who are identified during recent survey& Badi bata.

·        To ensure 100% enrollment and retention for these two categories.

·        Ensure that there are no ct child laborers i in the habitat.

Awareness on introduction of English Medium in Schools

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines

·        English Medium has been introduced in Schools during 2022-23 by State Government.

·        The parents and community are to be well informed about introduction of English medium in schools for the holistic development of students.

·        Explain the details of Bilingual Text Books to be provided by the State Government for the convenience of students in English Medium

·        Inform the details of English Medium Training programs conducted by State Government to strengthen the teachers.

Girl Education & Career Guidance

·        Conduct of activities as mentioned above at (B) of guidelines, as applicable.

·        Class X and Class XII passed out students are to be invited along with their parents and they have to be properly oriented with experts in the relevant field on future career opportunities. Parents are to be motivated for continuation of higher education of their children.

·        The staff of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya shall interact with parents and students regarding facilities provided in KGBV Schools for the girls.

·        The girls who studied in Government Schools and settled in the profession, obtained a good rank in EAMCET and also in sports / other activities shall be felicitated.

·        Special facilities provided for girls’ education in schools should be explained (Self-defense programme, life skills, Stipend for girls with special needs etc.

·        Menstrual Hygiene, Girl child rights and their protection Acts are to be discussed with girl students.

·        Women officers are to be invited to give messages on importance of girls’ education.

కార్యక్రమ లక్ష్యాలు:

  • బడి ఈడు పిల్లల గుర్తింపు- సమీప పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేయడం
  • ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు పెంచడం మరియు గుణాత్మక విద్యను అందించడం
  • సమాజ భాగస్వామ్యం, మద్దతుతో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను బలోపేతం చేయడం
  • అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రాలలో 5+ పిల్లలను గుర్తించి సమీప పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేయించడం
  • విలేజ్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ రిజిస్టర్ అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవడం
  • 5వ తరగతి/7వ తరగతి పూర్తి చేసిన విద్యార్థులను ఉన్నత తరగతుల్లో నమోదు చేయించడం(100% బదిలీ-నమోదు)
  • తక్కువ విద్యార్థుల నమోదు ఉన్న పాఠశాలలో ప్రత్యేక ప్రణాళిక ద్వారా తల్లిదండ్రుల భాగస్వామ్యంతో నమోదు పెంచడం
  • బడిబయటి పిల్లలను గుర్తించి వారి వయస్సుకు తగిన తరగతిలో నమోదు చేయడం
  • బాలికా విద్య యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యత పై ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ వహించి బాలికలు అందరినీ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేయించాలి

మార్గదర్శక ఉత్తర్వులలో తెలిపిన విధంగా

*సన్నాహక సమావేశం నిర్వహించుకోవాలి
*కార్యక్రమ ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేసుకోవాలి
*బడిబాట నిర్వహణకు అవసరమైన కరపత్రాలు, బ్యానర్ తదితర ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలి

  • 3వ తేదీ నుండి 9వ తేదీ వరకు అన్ని గ్రామాలు/ఆవాస ప్రాంతాలలో ప్రత్యేక నమోదు కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించాలి
  • 12వ తేదీ నుండి 17వ తేదీ వరకు నిర్ధారించిన రోజూవారీ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి
  • ఈ కార్యక్రమాల నిర్వహణకు ఆర్ధిక వనరులను పాఠశాల నిధుల నుండి ఖర్చు చేయాలి.
  • బడిబాట విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించి అధికంగా విద్యార్థులను నమోదు చేసిన పాఠశాలలను జిల్లాస్థాయిలో 3, రాష్ట్రస్థాయిలో 10 పాఠశాలలను ఎంపిక చేసి సన్మానించడం జరుగుతుంది.

మార్గదర్శక ఉత్తర్వులు

జూన్ 1వ తేదీన పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో ప్రజాప్రతినిధులతో, సంబంధిత విభాగాలతో సమన్వయ సమావేశం నిర్వహించి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేసుకోవాలి
గ్రామసభ: జూన్ 1వ తేదీనే SMC సభ్యులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు, అంగన్వాడీ కార్యకర్తలు, స్వయంసహాయక సంఘాలు, ఆశ కార్యయకర్తలతో సర్పంచ్ అధ్యక్షతన గ్రామసభ నిర్వహించి బడిబాట లక్ష్యాలను సాధించడానికి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించుకోవాలి.

పాఠశాల స్థాయి రోజూవారీ కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించుకోవాలి

3వ తేదీ నుండి 9వ తేదీ వరకు విద్యార్థుల నమోదు కార్యక్రమం (ఉదయం 7గం. నుండి 11 గం. వరకు) ఈక్రింద సూచించిన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి

A)డోర్ టు డోర్ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలు: గ్రామం/సమాజం లోని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి తెలిసే విధంగా ప్రతిరోజూ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, SMC సభ్యులతో ర్యాలీలు, బ్యానర్లు, పోస్టర్లు, కరపత్రాల పంపిణీ ద్వారా డోర్ టు డోర్ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించాలి.
B)మనఊరు-మనబడి, ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం, FLN తడితరాలైన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల పట్ల తల్లిదండ్రులు, సమాజంలో చైతన్యం కలిగించి విద్యార్థులను ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్పించే విధంగా ప్రోత్సహించాలి.
C)అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రాలలో అర్హత కలిగిన పిల్లలను పాఠశాలల్లో 1వ తరగతిలో చేర్పించే విధంగా అంగన్వాడీ వారితో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలి.
D) బాడీఈడు పిల్లలు, బడి మానివేసిన, లాంగ్ ఆబ్సెంటీలను స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల వారి సహాయంతో గుర్తించి వారిని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేయడానికి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక తయారుచేసి అమలు చేయాలి.
E) CWSN పిల్లలను గుర్తించి వారిని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు/భవిత కేంద్రాలలో నమోదు చేయించాలి.
F)5+ నుండి 14 సం. బడిబయటి పిల్లలను గుర్తించి (లిస్ట్ ప్రిపేర్ చేసుకోవాలి) పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
G) బాలకార్మికులను గుర్తించి పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
H) సమీప UP/HS పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయలకు 5వ/7వ తరగతి పిల్లల బదిలీ నమోదు పై సమాచారం అందించాలి.
I)బడిబాట కార్యక్రమంలో తల్లిదండ్రుల, ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల భాగస్వామ్యం ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి
J) గ్రామవిద్య రిజిస్టర్ ను నవీకరణ చేసుకోవాలి.
K) పిల్లల్లో పాఠశాల మరియు విద్య పట్ల ఆసక్తి కలిగేలా సంసిద్ధతా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించుకోవాలి.
