Telangana SRP/ DRPs Notification 2016 : 
SCERT Telangana Director has announced TS SRPs, DRPs Recruitment notification on 26th November, 2016 and applications are invited from the eligible and interested candidates should apply through offline mode with required documents to work as guide for Textbook writing from time to time education, In service teacher training and Teachers Training module construction, Computer-based learning, academic research and the subjects to be pioneers in the work in  Telangana State, School Education Department.


Applications are invited to work as Resource Persons for SCERT activities at District And State Level.

SCERT, Hyderabad, Telangana State Functions
➧State Council of Educational Research & Training(SCERT)  is functioning as the Academic wing of ➧Department of School Education and academic authority for RTE
➧Preparation of curricula, syllabi, instructional material for Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary and alternative systems of education
➧Development of evaluation procedures and material, which are helpful to the practicing teachers
Bridging gaps between the methods and techniques advocated in training and the actual classroom practices
➧Dissemination of knowledge relating to improved methods and techniques to be followed by educational institutions
➧Co-ordination with national and international Organization In academic programs
➧Resource support to implement the Academic Policies laid down by the Government
Organization of orientation programs for the professional growth of teachers, teacher-educators, supervisor’s, etc
➧Publication of journals, Periodicals, Books
➧To develop new courses in Teacher Education
➧To frame and revise curriculum of teacher Education courses periodically
➧To conduct teacher education courses to untrained teachers through distance mode
➧The different departments of SCERT have taken up activities to gear to the functions of the organization

Note:
1. The State and Dsitrict Resource Persons may be identified from among SGTs/LFL HMs/ Maths, English and EVS subjects subject background teachers/ School Assistants, HMs / Pandits.
2. Teachers/ Head Masters who earlier acted as Resource Persons effectively and participated in the development of textbooks, Modules etc. and their participation in innovative activities and subject development, ICT practices may also be considered.
