Sub: TMREIS – Academic – Recruitment of Jr. Lecturers in General & Vocational TMR Jr. Colleges for the academic year 2021-22 – Issuing partial modifications of earlier circular – Reg.

Ref: 1. This office Cir. No. C/Acad/17998/TMREI5/2021, Dt: 29-07-2021. 2. This office Cir. No. C/Acad/15099/TMREIS/2021, Dt: 29-7-2021.

In pursuance to the above reference 1st and 2nd cited above, all the Principals of TMR Institutions, DMWOs, RLCs & Vigilance Officers ore hereby informed that, the following revised guidelines & instructions regarding the recruitment of Jr. Lecturers in General and Vocational TMR Jr. Colleges for the academic year 2021-22.

1. Applications will be invited from the eligible candidates i.e. New District wise.

2. Local candidates of respective district only considered for selection.

3. As per new presidential orders, the candidates has to study not less than 4 years from 1st to 7th class in the local district.

4. If candidate from the respective district is not available in a particular subject or category, the candidates from other districts of the respective zone will be considered.

5. Appointment is subject to the verification of original certificates. In future if any wrong information is noticed, he/she may be removed.

6. For only English and General Foundation Course (GFC), B.Ed. Qualification is necessary in Vocational Colleges along with P.G. Qualification.

8. See that the candidates should not exceed 44 years on the last date of application submited, i.e., 10.08.2021

9. Written test for Vocational Jr. lecturers will be conducted at the some designated centres along with General Jr. Lecturers.

10. The Venue for interviews pertaining to the Vocational will be informed later.

11. The seating arrangements in examination hall, the candidates should be shuffled on the basis of subject.

12. The revised time line schedule is furnished below.

I. The District Level Committee (DMWO, DLC, VO) shall invite for application through Outsource agency.
II. Outsource agencies will check the Original certificates and give undertaking regarding the qualifications of the candidates.
III. In Girls colleges only women lecturers will be appointed.
IV. Scrutiny of applications will be done by the District level committee
V. Only eligible candidates will be allowed for written test.
VI. Written test will be conducted at Erstwhile District Head Quarters
VII. As per the written test marks candidates will be called for interview in Head Office in 1:2 ratio. VIII. The final selected list will be sent to District level committee.
IX. The District level committee in turn communicate the list to the respective outsource agency.
X. The outsource agency will issue appointment orders and communicate the same to the respective Principal with a copy to the DMWO and DLC.
