Telangana govt employeees and teachers retirement age increased to 61 years in PRC 2021 : Telangana govt. employees to get 30% pay hike, retirement age made 61 years. The superannuation age/ retirement age also has been increased for employees and teachers up to 61 years.The Telangana government has increased the retirement age for its employees to 61 years from the existing limit of 58 years. Gratuity for state government employees has also been increased to Rs 16 lakh from the current Rs 12 lakh. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao announces 11th Pay Revision Commission in Assembly. Fulfilling the expectations of the Telangana government employees, awaited for about two years, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has given double bonanza to them when he announced in the Assembly on Monday the implementation of the 11th Pay Revision Commission (PRC) with 30% fitment and increasing the retirement age to 61 years from 58 years, as promised before 2018 elections. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల కు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు సోమవారం అసెంబ్లీలో 11 వ వేతన సవరణ కమిషన్ (పిఆర్‌సి) ను 30% ఫిట్‌మెంట్‌తో అమలు చేస్తున్నట్లు ప్రకటించినప్పుడు వారికి డబుల్ బోనంజా ఇచ్చారు. 2018 ఎన్నికలకు ముందు వాగ్దానం చేసినట్లు పదవీ విరమణ వయస్సును 58 సంవత్సరాల నుండి 61 సంవత్సరాలకు పెంచుతున్నట్లు ప్రకటించడం జరిగింది. పదవీ విరమణ వయసు పెంపుపై ఆర్థిక శాఖ నోటిఫికేషన్‌. రాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగుల పదవీ విరమణ వయోపరిమితిని 61 ఏళ్లకు పెంచే తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్‌ ఎంప్లాయ్‌మెంట్‌ యాక్ట్‌కు గవర్నర్‌ ఆమోదముద్ర వేశారు. గెజిట్‌ , GO విడుదలయింది.

The following notification shall be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana State Gazette, dated 30-03-2021.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 1 of Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) (Amendment) Act, 2021, the State Government hereby appoint 30th day of March, 2021 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.

ఉద్యోగుల పదవీ విరమణ వయో పరిమితి పెంపుపై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం శనివారం గెజిట్‌ విడుదల చేసింది.ఉద్యోగుల పదవీ విరమణ వయసు 61 సంవత్సరాలకు పెంచుతున్నట్లు ఇటీవల జరిగిన శాసనసభ సమావేశంలో సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ ప్రకటించారు.ఈ మేరకు ఉభయ సభల్లో ఉద్యోగుల పదవీ విరమణ వయసు పెంపు బిల్లుకు ఆమోదం తెలిపి రాష్ట్రపతికి పంపారు. ఇవాళ రాష్ట్రపతి ఆమోద ముద్ర వేయడంతో ప్రభుత్వం గెజిట్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసింది.అదేవిధంగా మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీల పింఛన్‌, వైద్య చికిత్స వ్యయం పెంపు.. 2021-22 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన ద్రవ్య వినిమయ బిల్లులను సైతం ఇటీవల జరిగిన శాసనసభ సమావేశాల్లో ఆమోదించి రాష్ట్రపతికి పంపింది.వీటికి ఆమోదం లభించడంతో అమల్లోకి తెస్తూ గెజిట్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసింది.

సో, నెలకు 90000౼45000=₹45,000/- లాభం.
అంటే
45,000/-×36 నెలలు =16,20,000/-
పదహారు లక్షలకు…పైగా*

Commutation– refers to the right that a beneficiary has to exchange one type of income with a lump-sum amount.
… పెన్షన్ లో, 40% వరకు…. Commute చేసుకొని, ఒకే సారి పెద్ద మొత్తంలో నగదు తీసుకోవచ్చు.
ఇలా, Commute చేసిన మొత్తం, ప్రతి నెల STOలో, మినహాయించుకుంటూ, రిటైర్ అయిన 15 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత— మళ్లీ పెన్షన్ లో కలిపి ఇస్తారు.
45,000/- పెన్షన్ లో 30% Commute చేస్తే….
*45,000×30%=₹13,500/-* అవుతుంది.

*Commutation సూత్రం*:—

*Commutaion Amount×12×8.371*

12×8.371=100.452 times.
*అంటే…commute చేసిన ఒక రూపాయి కు, ₹100.452 రూపాయలు ఇస్తారు*
*13500×100.452= ₹13,56,102/- వస్తాయి*
కానీ, ఓ మెసేజ్ … లెక్కలో,
₹13,500/- లకు , *₹27,54,000/-* మొత్తం అని చూపారు.
*ఇంత మొత్తం commutation–ఈ రాష్ట్రంలో నే ఎవరికీ రాలేదు*

మరో విషయం- Commutation period 15 సంవత్సరాలు మాత్రమే. 17 సంవత్సరాలు కాదు*

PRC 2018 లో…
75 ఏళ్లకు కాకుండా,
*70 ఏళ్ల కే….15%+DA*
(5 ఏళ్ల ముందే) ఇస్తున్నారు.

ఈ 3 ఏళ్ల లో, 1-7-2023 నుండి మరో PRC వస్తే…ఇక రొట్టె విరిగి నేతిలో పడ్డట్టే

ఏ రకంగా , చూసిన 61 years—లాభదాయకమే
