GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA

An objective type written examination having two papers was conducted  for selection of Jr. Panchayat Secretary Posts in all the districts in the State. The notification of the examination was issued and more candidates applied. Out of total candidates, candidates appeared in Paper-I and  appeared in Paper-II. The final key of the papers has been published   . The district-wise, category wise cut-off marks are available at the Offices of the concerned District Collector / District Panchayat Officer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1)As Junior Panchayat Secretary I shall discharge the duties and perform the responsibilities assigned to the Panchayat Secretary under Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2020 (Act.No. 5 of 2020)
2)As Junior Panchayat Secretary I will show excellent performance in the following and show tangible achievements resulting in the transformation of the village.
a) Maintenance of Sanitation
b) Maintenance of Street Lights
c) Collection of Taxes and Non-Taxes
d) Take up Plantation and their maintenance
e) Establishment and maintenance of Dumping Yard
f) Establishment and maintenance of Burial Grounds
g) Other duties specified in the Act
 
3) As Junior Panchayat Secretary I shall also discharge other Duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Government, Commissioner, PR&RE and District Collector from time to time.
 
4) During the period of probation I shall be eligible for the remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) per month and shall not be eligible for any other allowances or
monetary benefit.
 
5) My agreement will be renewed every year based on annual evaluation of performance which will be assessed in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government on the basis of Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2020
 
6) If my performance as Junior Panchayat Secretary on consolidated remuneration basis is found not satisfactory during the probation period, my services could be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons thereof;
 
7) As Junior Panchayat Secretary I am willing to work in any of the Gram Panchayat in the district and reside in the Gram Panchayat Head Quarters concerned.
 
8) I am aware that the working hours of the Junior Panchayat Secretary appointed shall be the same as that of regular Panchayat Secretaries working in the department;
9) I will attend all the meetings called for by my superior at any time and provide such information as may be required.
10) As Junior Panchayat Secretary on consolidated remuneration basis I will be eligible for casual leave only.
11) As Junior Panchayat Secretary, I will not have any claim or right for regularization of my appointment and shall not approach any court of law with regard to regularization of the appointment, in case the said agreement is terminated midway.
 
12) As a Junior Panchayat Secretary, I will not have any claim or right to be appointed on regular basis and such appointment will be without prejudice to the regular appointments that may
be made in future.
13) As Junior Panchayat Secretary, I will not be construed or regarded as a member borne on the Telangana State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and shall not be entitled to
any preferential right for any other appointment in the service or in any other services.
14) As Junior Panchayat Secretary, I will not join in any service union/ organization/ Assoaciation.
15) The Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Government Civil Assistant Surgeon along with original certificates to prove my age and qualification etc., are enclosed. Telangana State Panchayat Raj Department is the state level organizer of the panchayat department. The department annually releases various job notifications to hire suitable people into various designations. This year the Telangana State Panchayat Raj has issued notification for 9335 junior panchayat secretary posts. The application process was held from 3rd September to 11th September. Lakhs of the aspirants seeking to get Telangana state government jobs have applied for TSPRI Panchayat Secretary Posts. While the selection process will be done through the written test and interview rounds. Candidates must qualify all the rounds to get finally shortlisted for the announced posts.

PROCEDURE OF SELECTION:
The Selection Of Candidates For Appointment To The Posts Will Be Made By Examination (Objective Type) Based On Omr. The Final Selection For The Post Will Be Based On Total Marks Secured In The Written Examination Of Paper-I & II.

1. The applicants will be subjected to written examination of Paper-I & Paper-II of Objective Type and the final selection will be made based on the total marks secured in all the (02) papers in the respective categories duly following the Rule of reservation.
 2. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the objective tests of Paper-I & II. For each question for which a wrong answer is given by the candidate, one fourth (1/4) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., if no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
3. Marks secured in Paper-I and Paper-II will be counted for preparation of Merit list.
4. All the vacancies are district specific. Candidates will be selected as per vacancies available in district, nativity, merit and reservations. Non-local quota candidates will be given the preference according to their merit for district opted by them subject to the availability of vacancy.

Immediately after placing the results in the website, officials will release time schedule for certificate verification. Meritorious candidates have to be ready for certificate verification with the following documents
