HMs need to download TS MDM app from Google Play Store and login with UDISE code and password. Every school headmaster in Telangana should download and login MDM app to enter Mid Day Meals Program details.

Sub: PM POSHAN (Mid Day Meal Schema) – Mobile Application for Mid Day Meal Attendance – Instructions Issued – Reg. Ref: Mall Received from TS Online on 11.07.2022.

All the District Educational Officers are here by informed that, the department has developed a Mobile Application and Web Application through for capturing the Cook-cum-helpers details and daily attendance of students.

This application is useful for getting monthly data in report form. In this regard, a copy of manual for capturing the data in to Mobile App and Web Application is enclosed herewith and the step by step process as given below :

Application is available in both Mobile App and Web Application.

• For Mobile App, need to download an application from Android Play Store only and App Name “TS MDM” 
  Also download from ISMS portal till available in play store.
• For Web Application, need to use URL, https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/
• This Service Applicable for School, MEO, DEO & State Logins.
• HMs, MEOs, DEOs and State users can use their Username and Passwords which are used in IFMS Portal.

ప్రతిరోజు మధ్యాహ్నం భోజనం చేస్తున్న విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య తెలియట గూర్చి మొబైల్ యాప్(MDM APP) తయారు చేయడం జరిగింది.

• ఈ Mobile App ని https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ వెబ్సైట్ లో Download అనే కాలం నుండి Telangana mid day meal mobile app మీ మొబైల్ లో download చేసుకుని install చేయండి.
• MDM App ని Open చేయగానే username, password అడుగుతుంది.Username లో U-Dise Number, Password మీరు ISMS website లో ఇచ్చిన password enter చేయండి.
• HM Dash board లో CCH Workers details community wise enter చేయండి.
• Next Attendance Sheet లో Class wise, community wise MDM & Egg తీసుకున్న విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను ప్రతిరోజు 4 PM లోపు Enter చేసి Submit చేయాలి.
•  ఒకవేళ In time లో Submit చేయకపోతే pending schools list MEO level కి వెళ్తుంది.

HM Login: Details to be updated by Headmasters

• CCH workers details community wise should be entered on 1st of every month. (No need to enter every day).
• Children attendance details should be entered every day before 11:59 PM. (If these details are not freezed in time, pending details updation option will be available at MEO level only).
• MDM utilized students count, number of eggs served count with category wise (GEN/SC/ST) should be entered.

MEO Login:

• The details entered at schools level will be displayed in MEO dashboard.
• School details, MEO details along with mobile number will be displayed.
• If any information required from concerned HM, click on Dial symbol against mobile number to contact.
• Number of schools submitted, not entered schools will be displayed.

How to Download the TS MDM Mobile Application from various Sources ?

• Headmasters need to Download the TS MDM Mobile App from Google Play Store by searching TS MDM
• Headmasters may Download the TS MDM App from ISMS Website till made available in the Google Play Store
• TS MDM App may Download from www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS
• This service Applicable for School MEO DEO and State Login
• GMs, MEOs DEOs and state users can use their Username and Passwords which are used in IFMS Portal
