Order:
Government of Telangana, vide reference first cited above, have declared Telangana State Model Schools as Specified Category Schools. Subsequently Government have permitted to conduct Admission Test for the classes VI to X. In this connection it is proposed to conduct admission test to the class VI for the academic year 2016.17.

The following is the detailed schedule: 
1. Date of Notification – 09.02.2016
2. Schedule of submission of online application – 10.02.2016 to 19.02.2016
3.Submission of printed application form along with the copies of relevant certificates to the concerned Principal of Model School 11-02-2016  to 20.02.2016
4. Date of Examination  06.03.2015 from 09 AM to 11 AM (at Selected Mandal H.Q./Divisional Head quarters)
5. Publication of Merit list – 11.03.2016
6.Finalization of admission list at District level – 14.03.2016 & 15.03.2016 (2 days)
7. Certificate verification and admissions  17.03.2016 to 18.03.2016 (2 days)
8. Date of commencement of classes – 21.03.2016.
In this connection fee pattern and online submission of applications by the candidates shall be as follows:
 The examination fee is Rs.100/- for OC and Rs.50/- for BC/SC/ ST students. Fee has to be paid through online payment gateway. After payment of fee, applications have to be submitted by the candidates online in the web site https:// telanganams.cgg.gov.in.
 Further, the following activities have taken at District and School level by the District Educational Officers and Principals of Model Schools:


District Level by the DEO concerned:
i. Coordination and publicity activities
ii.Constitution of Examination Centers.
iii. Appointment of CSs, D.Os., Observers, Custodians, R. Custodians and Invigilators etc. (Examination personnel)
iv. Distribution of Q.Ps, received from the Director, TSMS to all Mandal Head Quarters in closed vehicles with escort and its preservation in Police Stations/Strong rooms as decided by DE0s.


School Level by the Principal Model School concerned:
 i. Publicity about entrance test in entire Mandal with help of MEO and Others.
ii. Preparation of selection list and waning list based on the mcnt list communicated by this office. iii.Arrangements for admission Process.

Therefore all the District Educational Officers In the State (except Hyderabad) are requested to take further necessary steps in the matter.
