 తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ ఉపాధి లేని నిరుద్యోగులకు నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వాలనే ఆలోచనలో రాష్ట్ర సర్కార్‌ ఉంది. డిగ్రీ పూర్తయి.. ఉద్యోగం లేని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వడం కాకుండా ఎటువంటి ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగం లేకుండా.. సొంత వ్యాపారం లేకుండా ఉన్న వారికి మాత్రమే నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వాలని సర్కార్‌ భావిస్తోంది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రంలో ఎంత మంది నిరుద్యోగులు ఉన్నారో ఉపాధి కల్పన శాఖను వివరాలు ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించింది. అయితే ఉపాధి కల్పన శాఖ ఇచ్చే ఆధారాలే ప్రామాణికంగా సర్కార్‌ తీసుకునే అవకాశం లేదు. ఎందుకంటే చాలా మంది నిరుద్యోగులు తమ పేర్లను ఎంప్లాయీమెంట్‌ ఎక్చేంజ్‌ల్లో నమోదు చేసుకోవడం లేదు. అయినప్పటికీ ప్రాథమికంగా ఎంతమంది నిరుద్యోగులు ఉంటారో తెలుసుకోవడం కోసం ఉపాధి కల్పన శాఖ నుంచి వివరాలను సేకరిస్తున్నారు. నిరుద్యోగభృతికి వయోపరిమితిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోనున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో లక్షలాది మంది నిరుద్యోగులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ వారిలో కొందరు తమ కుటుంబం గడిచేలా ఏదో ఒకరకమైన ఉద్యోగం చేస్తుంటారని కాబట్టి నిరుద్యోగుల పూర్తి సమాచారాన్ని సేకరించాలని ప్రభుత్వం అధికారులను ఆదేశించింది. 1నిరుద్యోగభృతి పొందాలంటే తప్పనిసరిగా ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి. వారి వయస్సు 35 సంవత్సరాలు నిండి ఉండాలి. వారు ఎలాంటి ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగం చేయరాదు. ప్రభుత్వంలోని ఏ శాఖలో కూడా కాంట్రాక్ట్‌గానీ, ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్‌ ఉద్యోగం చేయరాదు. నిరుద్యోగి కుటుంబానికి 3 ఎకరాలకు మించి వ్యవసాయ భూమి ఉండకూడదు. నిరుద్యోగులుగా ఉన్న ఎటువంటి వ్యాపారం చేయకూడదు.. వాటితోపాటు నిరుద్యోగి కుటుంబంలోని వారు ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఎటువంటి ఆర్థిక సహకారం పొంది ఉండకూడదు. ఇటువంటి వారికి ప్రథమ ప్రాధాన్యతను ఇవ్వాలని సర్కార్‌ ఆలోచిస్తోంది. వీటితోపాటు ఇప్పటికే వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల్లో అమలు జరుగుతున్న నిరుద్యోగ భృతి విధానాలను పరిశీలించనున్నారు. వారు రూపొందించిన విధి విధానాలపై అధ్యయనం చేయనున్నారు. తెలంగాణ పక్కరాష్ట్రమైన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో నిరుద్యోగభృతి రూ. 1000 ఇస్తున్నందున వారు ఎలాంటి విధివిధానాలు రూపొందించారో కూడా సేకరిస్తున్నారు. వీటన్నింటీ ఆధారంగా రాష్ట్రంలో నిరుద్యోగ భృతి అమలుకు విధివిధానాలను రూపొందించనున్నారు… 

 

 ▶️రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 5 లక్షల మందికి నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇచ్చే అవకాశం ఉన్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. మొన్న జరిగిన బడ్జెట్‌ సమావేశాల్లో బడ్జెట్‌ ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన అనంతరం నిరుద్యోగభృతిని ఎంత మందికి ఇస్తారో చెప్పాలని ప్రతిపక్షాలు శాసనసభతోపాటు శాసనమండలిలోనూ ప్రశ్నించాయి. రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 20 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగులు ఉన్నారు.. వారందరికీ నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇస్తారా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. అందుకు సర్కార్‌ సమాధానమిస్తూ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న నిరుద్యోగులకు అందరికీ భృతి ఇవ్వబోమని.. అందుకు సంబంధించి విధివిధానాలు రూపొందిస్తున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. సర్కార్‌ నిరుద్యోగ భృతి కోసం రూ. 1810 కోట్లను కేటాయించింది. దీనినిబట్టి చూస్తే 5 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగులకు రూ. 3016 చొప్పున ఇస్తే నెలకు రూ. 150 కోట్ల 80 లక్షలు అవుతుంది. అదే ఏడాదికి రూ. 1809 కోట్ల 60 లక్షలు అవుతుంది. దీనిని బట్టి సర్కార్‌ సుమారు 5 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగులకు నిరుద్యోగభృతి ఇచ్చే యోచనలో ఉన్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. 

 

ఎన్నికల సందర్భంగా సీఎ కేసీఆర్‌ నిరుద్యోగులకు ఏప్రిల్‌ నుంచే నిరుద్యోగభృతి ఇస్తామని చెప్పినప్పటికీ విధి విధానాల రూపకల్పనతోపాటు నిరుద్యోగుల వివరాలు సేకరణ కోసం సమయం పట్టనుంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో జూన్‌ 2న జరిగే రాష్ట్రావతరణ దినోత్సవంలో నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి సంబంధించిన ప్రకటన చేసి … అదే నెల నుంచి అమలు చేసే అవకాశం ఉన్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. 

TS Yuva Sadhikarika Nirudhyoga Bruthi Scheme Eligibility Criteria Norms and  Educational Qualifications:
1. Unemployee Candidate should be belongs to Telangana state
2. Complete the minimum education Degree, Polytechnic/Diploma any Govt recognized university..
3. Age Limit : They are eligible to be between 22 and 35 years of age.
4. Candidates who are below poverty and should have white ration card are eligible for this TS Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme.
5. The vehicles of the four wheeler are disqualified for the name of the vehicle.
6. Land Limit: The unemployed family should not have an agricultural land beyond 3 Acres
7.  No business
8. Persons with  a Government Job/  private job/  Contract  / Outsourcing job are not eligible
9.  In the past, Rs. Candidates who have been subsidized over 50,000 are disqualified.
10. Those who have a government or self employed in the public sector, those who have been educated, who have been dismissed from the government job and have any criminal cases are also disqualified for this scheme.
11. In order to avail the benefits of the monthly financial assistance, applicants have to register themselves for employment exchange of Telangana state .

Main Features of TS Yuva Sadhikarika Nirudhyoga Bruthi Scheme

1. Telangana Yuva Sadhikarika Nirudhyoga Bruthi Scheme will benefit around 12 lakh unemployed candidates of Telangana  from Adilabad Bhadradri Kothagudem Hyderabad Jagtial Jangaon Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu,  Jogulamba Gadwal Kamareddy Karimnagar Khammam Kumarambheem Asifabad Mahabubabad Mancherial Mahabubnagar Medak Medchal Malkajgiri Nagarkurnool Nirmal Nalgonda Nizamabad Peddapalli Rajanna Sircilla Ranga Reddy Sangareddy Siddipet Suryapet Vikarabad Warangal Bhongir Wanaparthy and Narayanpet  districts.
2. Youths will get this monthly pension to pursue skill development courses and reduce the burden on the family of unemployed youths.
3. This Unemployment Allowance Scheme will benefit the jobless students to get Rs. 3016 per month.
3. Payment will be paid on every month  directly to Bank Account.

3. Click on TS Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme Registration
4. A New Page will be Opened  which is visible on the screen
5. The online registration forms for unemployment youth will be displayed on the screen
6. Now Click on the Candidates Registration Button
7. Enter your mobile number and email detals
8. Now click on  Generate the OTP
9. Enter the OTP at Specified Tab
10. Click on Login Button.
