Teachers ID Card Data edit Services started again తెలంగాణా టీచర్స్ డేటా కార్డులు – ఐడి కార్డుల కోసం సమాచారాన్ని అప్‌డేట్ చేయండి. సమగ్ర శిక్ష ,తెలంగాణ  ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసే గుర్తింపు కార్డుల్లో మీ  వివరాలు సరిచూసుకోని అప్డేట్ చేసుకోండి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు Schooledu website లో ID Card కోసం తమ వివరాలు నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు. Blood Group, చిరునామా entry చేసిన తరువాత పాత ఫోటో బాగలేకపోతే Photo Uploaded దగ్గర No అనే option తీసుకుని మీకు నచ్చిన కొత్త photo Upload చేయొచ్చు. Photo size 50kb.

All the District Educational Officers are requested to instruct all the MEOs to issue instructions to the teachers to verify and confirm their information on www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in portal. Step 1: https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ వెబ్సైట్ ఓపెన్ చేయండి.

Step 2: Online services Menu ను సెలెక్ట్ చేయండి.

Step 3: డ్రాప్ డౌన్ లిస్ట్ నుండి Teacher ID Card Info ను క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 4; Mobile Number & Treasury ID ను ఎంటర్ చేయండి…. వెంటనే మొబైల్ కు OTP వస్తుంది…

Step 5: OTP నీ ఎంటర్ చేయండి

Step 6: ఐడెంటిటీ కార్డు లో ప్రింట్ కాబోయే వివరాలు కనిపిస్తాయి.

అవి కరెక్ట్ గా ఉన్నాయో చెక్ చేయండి. ఒకవేళ తప్పుగా ఉన్న వాటిని కరెక్ట్ చేయండి.

(ఫోటో అందులో ఉన్నది నచ్చకపోతే కొత్త ఫోటో తో మార్చుకోవచ్చు) తర్వాత submit చేయండి.

There are two new fields added in the Teacher Data at Teachers Information System Web Page i.e. (1) Blood group and (2) Residential Address. Teachers can also upload their latest photo at this web page. The process to update the Teacher Details is as follows.

Steps to Update Teacher Details

Step 1: First, Visit the website: https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/
Step 2: Go to Online services Menu at Home Menu
Step 3: Click on the ‘Teacher ID Card Info‘
Step 4: Now, A Teachers Information System(TIS) Web Page will appear
Step 5: In this will web page teacher need to enter Mobile number and Teacher ID
Step 6: After entering Enter Mobile Number and Treasury ID details; an OTP will be sen to your Mobile
Step 6: Enter the received OTP in required field
Step 7: All the details required for printing of the Teacher Card will be appeared. In case any missing or wrong information is available, enter the correct details and click on the “Submit” button.

How to Reduce Image Size to below 50kb to Upload for Teachers ID Card

Teacher ID cards కోసం Upload చెయ్యవలసిన Photo Size 50kb లోపు ఉండాలి.. ఈ Appని ఉపయోగించి Photo size తక్కువ చేయవచ్చు.  TS Teachers have to Update their Personal Details Online at Schooledu.telangana.gov.in for Identity Card to be issued by School Education Department of Telangana. Teachers need to Logon to www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in to update their Residential Address Blood Group and a Good Passport size Photo for ID Card purpose. While uploading image to website, its size to be below 50kb. Here is the way to resize your image to 50kb and below on your Desktop/Laptop

How to Compress/ Reduce Image Size?

1. Upload your Photo to your Desktop/ Laptop by using FB Messenger/ WhatsApp/ Mail
2. Save the Image on your Desktop
3. Right Click on the image and  go to Open with and Select Microsoft Office Picture Manager
4. Click on Edit Picture on top bar
5. Click on resize at Right Side Column
6. Click on Dropdown Menu at Predefined width x Hight
7. Select Email Large 314 x 235 size and click on ok
8. Now Click on Save button at top bar ( Tv Symbol )
9. Your Image has been resized to 50kb, Now you can Upload the Photo to Website
