School Education Department – Upgradation of 10224 posts of Language Pandit Grade.II and 2603 posts of Physical Education Teachers working in M.P.U.P.Schools / Zilla Parishad / Government High Schools to the cadre of School Assistants – Sanction – Orders – Issued.  Government hereby accord sanction for upgradation of 10224 posts of Language Pandit Grade.II to that of School Assistant (Languages) and 2603 posts of Physical Education Teacher to that of School Assistant (Physical Education) in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, which shall be filled by promotion. ORDER:-
In the G.O.1st read above, Government have issued orders upgrading 1500 Language Pandit posts as School Assistants (Languages) and 500 Physical Education Teachers as School Assistants (Physical Education) in Success Schools in the combined State. In the G.O.2nd read above, Government have issued orders upgrading 1450 Language Pandits Grade-II posts as School Assistants (Languages) and 1200 Physical Education Teachers as School Assistants (Physical Education) to bring parity with the other subject Teachers working in the High Schools as the Educational Qualifications and Job Charts of the Language Pandits Grade-II and PETs on par with School Assistants working in the Upper Primary Schools and High Schools.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam has furnished a proposal for up gradation of 10224 posts of Language Pandit Grade.II and 2603 posts of Physical Education Teachers working in Mandal Parishad Upper Primary Schools / Zilla Parishad / Government High Schools to that of School Assistants.

3.The Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for upgradation of 10224 posts of Language Pandit Grade.II to that of School Assistant (Languages) and 2603 posts of Physical Education Teacher to that of School Assistant (Physical Education) in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, which shall be filled by promotion.

4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.SE) Dept. vide their U.O.No.41022/ 161/ 2018, dated 15.12.2018.
