This scheme is being run with the help of central and state governments. Now with the cooperation of both the governments, farmers will get Rs. 13,500/- financial assistance is given. AP State government provides eligible farmers with financial assistance of Rs 13,500 per year in three installments under the YSR Rythu Bharosa – PM Kisan scheme. The whole sum of Rs 13,500 does not come from the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme alone,  as the name implies, the direct cash transfer also includes Rs 6,000 per year guaranteed to eligible farmers under the PM KISAN the central Government scheme   Kissan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN).  , In other words, while the state government provides Rs 7,500, the PM KISAN scheme provides another Rs 6,000. Farmers can check payment status online at ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in or visit the Bank and Gram Panchayat Office to check the status. And the AP Govt also announced that we will give Rs. 7500 to  tenant farmers, the farmers who are cultivating forest land and assigned lands. YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme  Status 2023 beneficiary list, Eligibility criteria  registration details

It aims to empower the farmers of Andhra Pradesh with financial assistance and also improve their agricultural practices and enhance their lifestyle.  Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched The Rythu Bharosa scheme  in June 2019 and is a welfare scheme for the farmers.  Rhytu Bharosa Scheme provides financial assistance of INR 13,500 per farmer family per year to support the cultivators in meeting the investment during the crop season with a view to enable them to timely sourcing of quality inputs and services for higher crop productivity. All farmers (including tenant farmers) will get INR 13,500 a year as an incentive or input subsidy before the sowing (Rabi and Kharif) seasons begin.
The scheme provides financial assistance of Rs. 13500 to the farmers, on an annual basis. Under this, Rs. 7500 will be paid by the state government and 6000 by the Central government under Kissan Samman Nidhi Scheme.

Benefits
1. Beneficiary farmers will be provided an assistance of Rs.13500/- per year (Including the benefit of Rs.6000/- per year per farmer family provided by the Govt. of India under PMKISAN scheme) for 5 years
2. Approximately 50 lakh farmers would be benefitted by the scheme.
3. The amount will be transferred directly to the bank account of the beneficiary before the start of sowing season (rabbi, khariff season)

YSRRB(YSR Rythu Bharosa) objective

YSR Rythu Bharosa is one of the nine Navratna welfare schemes of Andhra Pradeesh government.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing “YSR Rythu Bharosa” from October 15th, 2019 for providing financial assistance to the farmer families, including tenant farmers across the State @ Rs.13,500/- per farmer family, per year, to support the cultivators in meeting the investment during the crop season with a view to enable them to timely sourcing of quality inputs and services for higher crop productivity.

Benefits to the farmer families

The land owning farmer families who collectively own cultivable land irrespective of size of land holdings will be provided a benefit of Rs.13,500/- per year per family duly including Rs.6,000/- from the Government of India under PM-KISAN in three installments.

Financial assistance will also be provided to landless tenant farmers & ROFR Cultivators belonging to SC, ST, BC, Minority categories in the State @13,500/-, per year, from the budget of the Government of Andhra Pradesh

  • Farmers of Andhra Pradesh, who own cultivable land are eligible under this scheme
  • Those farmers who are enrolled under PM-Kisan Scheme will also be part of this Scheme
  • As per the government, even those cultivating on endowments/temples/inam lands are eligible, too
    Farmers and their family members who are holding the constituency post as (Ex) & Present Ministers, MPs, MLAs & MLCs only are excluded for the benefit under “YSR Rythu Bharosa” and all other people representatives are eligible under the scheme.
  • If any unmarried child of a farmer is a Government employee or income tax assesse, that will not make the farmer ineligible under this scheme provided he or she does not come under any of the exclusion category

 

How to apply for YSR Rythu Bharosa

  • The existing validated landownership database will be used for identification of beneficiaries under this category of the Scheme.
  • Newly selected village volunteers have the responsibility to identify eligible farmers in the given areas. After collecting the information, the village volunteers will report to revenue officials. These officials will then prepare a final list of beneficiaries. This final AP Rythu Bharosa farmer list will be submitted to the government.
  • After this, the District wise beneficiary list will be uploaded and made available online. Interested farmers can check their names in the Rythu Bharosa scheme list.

రైతు భరోసా డబ్బు రాలేదా…? ఎన్ని విడతల్లో ఎంతెంత పడుతుందో తెలుసా…? పూర్తి వివరాలు ఇవే.
 
1. రైతు భరోసా కింద ఎంత డబ్బు అన్నదాతలకు అందుతుంది ?
వైఎస్సార్ రైతు భరోసా కింద ప్రధాని కిసాన్ పథకం నగదు రూ. 6 వేలుతో కలిపి విడతల వారీగా రూ.13,500 రైతులకు అందిస్తోంది. తొలుత మేనిఫెస్టోలో రైతులకు రూ. 12,000 పెట్టుబడి సాయం అందిస్తామని సీఎం జగన్ ప్రకటించారు. తర్వాత కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సైతం రైతులను ఆదుకోవాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఏడాదికి రూ. 6 వేల పెట్టుబడి సాయం ప్రకటించింది. ఇది కూడా కలిసి రావడంతో వైఎస్సార్ రైతు భరోసా కింద ప్రతి రైతు కుటుంబానికి రూ. 13,500 ఇవ్వాలని సీఎం జగన్ నిర్ణయించారు.మొదటి విడత:
ప్రతి ఏటా మే నెలలో రూ. 7,500 (పీఎం కిసాన్ రూ. 2,000 కలిపి)రెండో విడత:
ప్రతి ఏటా అక్టోబర్‌లో రూ. 4,000 (పీఎం కిసాన్ రూ. 2,000 కలిపి)

2. రైతు భరోసాకు అర్హతలు ఏంటి ?

  1. ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం వైఎస్సార్ రైతు భరోసా పథకానికి సంబంధించి విధివిధానాలు మార్గదర్శకాలను విడుదల చేసింది.
  2.  ప్రతి రైతు కుటుంబానికి ఈ పథకాన్ని వర్తింపజేసింది.
  3. అలాగే ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీ వర్గాలకు చెందిన కౌలు రైతులకు వర్తిస్తుంది.ఉద్యాన పంటలు, పట్టు పరిశ్రమకూ రైతు భరోసా పథకం వర్తింపు
  4. ఉద్యాన పంటలు కనీసం ఎకరం భూమి సాగులో ఉండాలి కూరగాయలు, పువ్వులు, పశువుల మేత కోసం కనీసం అర ఎకరం భూమి సాగు చేస్తుండాలి.
  5. ఒకే యజమానికి ఒకరికి మించి కౌలుదారులుంటే ఒక్కరికే ఈ పథకం వర్తిస్తుంది ఒకరికి మించి కౌలుదారులుంటే ఎస్టీలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఆ తర్వాతి వరుస క్రమంలో ఎస్సీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీలు వ్యవస్థీకృత భూ యజమానులకు పథకం వర్తించదు.
  6.  ప్రస్తుత మంత్రులు, ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, మాజీలకు ఈ పథకం వర్తించదు.
  7.  జిల్లా పరిషత్ చైర్మన్లు, ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులకు వర్తించదు.
  8.  కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు ఆదాయాన్ని బట్టి పథకం వర్తింపు.

3. రైతు భరోసాకు ఎలా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి ?
గ్రామ, వార్డు వలంటీర్లకు రైతు పాస్ పుస్తకం, బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్, ఆధార్ కార్డు, రేషన్ కార్డు జిరాక్స్ కాపీలను ఇవ్వాలి. వాళ్లే గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో అప్లయ్ చేస్తారు. దీనికి సంబంధించి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు వలంటీర్లను అప్రమత్తం చేస్తుండాలి.

4. రైతు భరోసా డబ్బు జమ చేశారో లేదో ఎలా చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి ?
రైతులు తమ అకౌంట్లలో డబ్బులు పడ్డాయో లేదో చెక్ చేసుకునే అవకాశాన్ని జగన్ సర్కార్ కల్పించింది. వైఎస్సార్ రైతు భరోసా వెబ్‌సైట్‌  లోకి వెళ్ళి.. ఆ తర్వాత అక్కడ కనిపించే నో యువర్ రైతుభరోసా స్టేటస్ (Know your RythuBharosa Status) మీద క్లిక్ చేయాలి. అక్కడ సంబంధిత రైతు ఆధార్ కార్డు నెంబర్‌ను ఎంటర్ చేస్తే డబ్బులు అకౌంట్‌లో జమయ్యాయో లేదో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.

5. ఒకవేళ రైతు భరోసా జమ కాకపోయినా, అర్హత జాబితాలో పేరు లేకపోయినా ఏం చేయాలి ?
రైతు భరోసాకు సంబంధించి బ్యాంకులు నుంచి ఇబ్బందులు ఎదురైతే.. 1902 నంబర్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేయవచ్చు. సీఎం క్యాంప్ ఆఫీసులోనే ఈ నంబర్ ఉంటుంది. లేక గ్రామ, వార్డు వలంటీర్‌నైనా సంప్రదించవచ్చు.



Eligibility Criteria
Land Owner Farmer Families:

  1. The benefit of the scheme shall be provided to all the landholder farmer families who collectively own cultivable land irrespective of the size of land holdings @Rs.13,500/- per annum (Rs.7500/- under YSR RYTHU BHAROSA and Rs.6000/-under PM-KISAN) per family as per land records, subject to exclusions.
  2. Farmer families Cultivating under ROFR lands and D Patta Lands (which are duly incorporated in the relevant records ) are eligible for benefit under YSR Rythu Bharosa.
  3. Farmers cultivating Acquired Lands for which compensation was not paid are eligible for benefit under the scheme.
  4. In case of joint holding, the benefit will be transferred to the bank account of the person within the family with the highest quantum of landholding.
  5. If the quantum of cultivable land owned by two or more individual family members is same, the benefit will be transferred to the bank account of the elder/eldest, as the case may be, of such members of that farmer family.

Land Less Cultivators
1. The tenant farmer/family member shall not have any Agriculture/Horticulture/ Sericulture Land of his own.
2. Support will not be extended for lease agreements with in the family.


Minimum Area to be taken for lease by a single individual Landless Tenant is as follows.

3.Irrespective of Size of Holding, benefit will be extended to only one cultivator per Land Owner family between whom there will be lease agreement.

4.Only One Tenant / Cultivator belonging to SC, ST, BC and Minority Category will get benefit along with Land Owner Farmers. In case of multiple tenants to a single land owner, preference is given to the ST tenant for providing financial benefit followed by SC, BC, Minority tenants in the order of preference as per the existence of such categories.

4.In Tribal areas, as per the Statute, only Tribal Cultivators/ tenants are recognized.

5. A Land Less Tenant / Cultivator having multiple lease agreements is eligible to get benefit as single unit.

6. The lease agreement entered between Landless Tenant/ Cultivator and a Marginal Farmer who are residing in the same village will not be entertained.
7. Cultivators/ Tenants cultivating the lands of Owners of excluded categories are eligible for the benefit under Rythu Bharosa.

8.Tenants cultivating Inam lands/ Endowment lands will be extended benefit as per the recorded evidence available with Department of Endowments.

Documents Required

  1. Income certificate
  2. Identity proof – Applicant has to produce their identity proof such as Aadhaar card or voter ID card or ration card.
  3. Bank account details –The farmers have to submit bank related documents such as the name of the applicant, IFSC code, and other details. The bank account would be linked in order to credit the amount to the linked bank account.

Exclusions
The following categories of beneficiaries of higher economic status shall not be eligible for benefit under the scheme:

  1. All Institutional Land holders ; and
  2. Farmer families in which one or more of its members belong to following categories
  3. Former (ex) and present holders of constitutional posts,
  4. Former (ex) and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of Lok Sabha/ Rajya Sabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats, All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries /Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and Attached offices /Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees),
  5. All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs.10,000/- or more(Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D employees) of above category.
  6. All Persons who paid Income Tax in last assessment year Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Architects registered with Professional bodies and carrying out profession by undertaking practices.
  7. Persons owning farm lands converted into House sites. Aquaculture or any other non agriculture usage either updated or not updated in the Revenue Records. Necessary ground truthing shall be done by the village level functionaries of Revenue and Agriculture Departments.
  8. Persons paid Commercial Tax/ Professional Tax/ GST during last assessment year.

STEP 2 : Now, click on the login tab on the home page.
 
STEP 3: Now, enter your details: Your username, password and verify the captcha to log into the new account.

  1. First vist YSR Rythu Bharosa website https://ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in/
  2.  Click on “Login” button to login
  3. Enter “Username”,”Password”,”Captcha” and click on “Login”
  4.  Click on “Forgot Password” to change the password
  5. Select village and Click on “Submit”
  6. Click on “Edit” button to verify details of pattaadhar or Katha number
  7.   Enter Katha number in the search box to get the particular record
  8. If the farmer details are not captured anywhere (GSWS/Ration/PSS) then select “Unsurveyed,Land
  9. owner dead”by default rejection will be enabled for submission
  10. Family details are captured(GSWS/Ration/PSS) and webland details are not matched
  11.   Select “Wrong aadhar seeded”
  12.   Enter “Aadhar number” and “Mobile number” Click on “Reject”
  13. Details are matched but no farmer details please select the correct reason “Land owner dead,Land lord absentee/Not traced,Owner not interested” default “Reject” button will be enabled for submission
  14. If Family details are captured(GSWS/Ration/PSS) and webland details are “Matched”
  15.   Select “Marital Status” and “Caste Category”
  16. Any one of the survey numbers is selected Status as “Agriculture/Farming land” and “Select all” by default approve button will be enabled for submission.
  17.   Click on”Approve” button to approve the record
  18. Any one of the survey numbers is selected Status as “Non Agriculture/ Non Farming land” or any other reasons Except Agriculture/farming land and “Select all” by default reject button will be enabled for submission
  19.  Click on “Reject” button to reject the record
  20. Any one of the survey numbers is selected individual as“Agriculture/farming land”by default approve button will be enabled for submission
  21.  Click on”Approve” button to approve the record
  22. Any one of the survey numbers is selected individual as “Non Agriculture/ Non Farming land” or any other reasons Except Agriculture/farming land by default Reject button will be enabled for submission.
  23.  Click on”Reject” button to Reject the record
  24. After submitting the data getting popup message like “Data submitted successfully”
  25. Click on “OK” button to submit next record
