The objective of EMRS is to provide quality middle and high level education to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students in remote areas, not only to enable them to avail of reservation in high and professional educational courses and as jobs in government and public and private sectors but also to have access to the best opportunities in education at par with the non ST population. This would be achieved by:

• Comprehensive physical, mental and socially relevant development of all students enrolled in each and every EMRS. Students will be empowered to be change agent, beginning in their school, in their homes, in their village and finally in a larger context.

Admissions into VI Class & filling Back log vacancies in VII, VIII & IX Classes in all (23) EMR Schools (CBSE SYLLABUS) of Telangana State for the academic Year 2025 – 26

Online applications are invited for admissions into 6th class & 7th, 8th & 9th classes in (23) EMR Schools of Telangana State for the Academic Year 2025-26.

TS EMRS CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria::

Admission eligibility for 6th Class & for Back log vacancies of 7th, 8th & 9th Classes:

The Minimum and maximum age limit (as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought in EMR Schools in various classes is given below: (Child born on 1st April should also be considered)

Important Instructions:

1. The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in case of Differently abled children by the State /
2. Income Limit : Parental Income for the financial year 2025-26 should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh (2 lakh) per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admission.
3. Candidates should have qualified class V/ VI/ VII/VIII in the Academic session 2022-23 or 2021-22 from a Govt / aided / Govt recognized school / CBSE Affiliated School are eligible for VI/ VII/VIII/IX respectively.
4. Candidate should not be rusticated from any of the schools.
5. The Candidate shall be allotted admission in any of the EMRS running across the state as per the Merit list prepared on the basis of selection

Selection Test:

1. A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI & Back log admissions for VII, VIII & IX classes and allotment of seats will be done through online merit basis only.
2. All the seats will be filled as per the state merit and candidate

All the applied candidates have to give all the options to allot the seat as per the merit.

Application Procedure:

The applications will be received through online from  22/02/2025 To 22/03/2025 on the website  https://telanganaemrs.cgg.gov.in/   by paying a Fee of Rs. 100/-.

Application Fee:

Applications have to be submitted online in the portal www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in by paying a Fee of Rs.50/- . A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI Classe and allotment of seats will be done through online merit basis only.

TS EMRS CET 2025 Exam Pattern

The test will be conducted for 100 marks in objective type based on the previous year syllabus. Answers should be identified in the OMR Sheet. The Weightage of marks for different subjects and form of questions is furnished here under.

Exam pattern for for 6th class:

The EMRSST, conducted in offline mode, may be two -hour duration objective type question from 03 sections for a total of 100 marks. The medium of instructions for the examinations may be English / Regional language or bilingual.

The question paper of EMRSST will be based on competencies in accordance with the level prescribed for class V students by NCERT/SCERT/CBSE.

Exam pattern for 7th, 8th & 9th classes:

The entrance test for 7th, 8th & 9th classes will be conducted in offline mode and three hours duration shall be given for students to write both objective & descriptive type questions from 5 sections. The questions shall be asked from NCERT/ SCERT textbooks of preceding via Class VI-VIII in case of CBSE / State Board affiliated EMRSs respectively. There shall be total of 100 questions for 200 marks. The medium of instruction for the Examination is English / Regional language or bilingual.
