SSA, Telangana, Hyd. – Planning – Cluster Resource Persons – Re-deployment of eligible Cluster Resource Persons as MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, IERPs and CRTs in the vacant posts – Reg.

Order: 
1. All the Project Officers of TSSA in the State are aware that the Cluster Resource Persons are in position more than the sanctioned no.of posts in all the districts due to re-organization of School complexes.

2. Therefore, it is decided to re-deploy them as MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, IERPs and CRTs in the vacant posts subject to possession of requisite qualifications so as to reduce the excess no.of CRPs in the districts.

3. Therefore, they are requested to obtain the applications from the willing and eligible Cluster Resource Persons and position them in the vacant posts of MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, IERPs and CRTs based on their qualifications duly following transparent procedure without giving any scope for irregularity.

4. Only after exhausting the eligible CRPs to the above posts, the vacant posts of MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, IERPs and CRTs may be filled up with fresh candidates duly following the earlier guidelines and procedure issued from this office.

5. They are further requested to inform this office the no.of CRPs re-deployed in their respective districts through above process so as to take further necessary action at this end.

6. This has got the approval of the State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad.
