Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Hyderabad- Planning & MIS – Reorganization of districts – Allotment of staff in District Project Offices of Telangana Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan – Orders issued – Reg.
All the Project Officers of Telangana Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that staff structure is finalized in view of the reorganization of districts in the State. The staff structure to be adopted, detailed guidelines, organogram and Job Charts of personnel are herewith enclosed.
Therefore, they are requested to go through the guidelines and allot the staff among the districts (existing and new) and furnish the details of staff allotment to the State Project Office immediately.
This has got the approval of State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad
1. Project is headed by District Educational Officer and DEO is called as Ex- Officio District Project Coordinator as per SSA Frame Work.
2. All the staff to be allotted as per orgonogram. At least 1 regular employee is to be allotted to each district.
3. Original files of 2015-16 & 2016-17 of existing Districts to be kept with Superintendent. He should act as Custodian of the records & assets.
4. Scanned files of 2015-16 & 2016-17 of Existing Districts to be kept with Superintendent of New District. He should act as Custodian of the records & assets.
5. As per Organogram if Superintendent is not available, Sr. Assistant will be given charge of Superintendent.
6. Two(2) Sectoral Officers are allotted to every district. All the SSA Interventions are allotted to these 2 sectoral Officers only. If 1 Sectoral Officer is not available another Sectoral Officer shall be given charge of all Interventions. If 2 Sectorals Officers are not available Superintendent should take charge of Sectoral Officers.
7. Presently Gazeted Head Masters are working as Sectoral Officers and School Assistants are working as Asst. Serctoral Officers for Ex., If 4 persons are available in 1 district and that district is divided in to 2 districts, then 1 Sectoral Officer, 1 Asst. Sectoral Officer are to be allotted to each district. These two persons are to be called as Sectoral Officers only.
8. f no one is available in any cadre, at least one Sectoral Officer / Superintendent /Sr. Asst/Jr.Asst/FAO is to be allotted to each District to look after the activities of the SSA.
9. Contract/Out Sourcing staff to be allotted as per Organogram. All the Out sourcing /Contract staff work under Regular employee.
