TGPSC has finalized the date for certificates verification in the process of filling up 8,180 Group-IV posts in the state. TGPSC, which announced the list of general ranks on 9th February this year, has recently released the list of merit candidates selected for examination of certificates.
The commission has given opportunity to the selected candidates to register for web options from 13th of this month. Candidates appearing for examination of certificates must register for web options. It said that only they will be allowed to examine the certificates in installments. It said that the daily dates on which the candidates have to appear for the verification will be included in the website of the commission.

Candidates who had appeared the TSPSC Group 4 Recruitment exam they can obtain the result from the TSPSC’s official website. The written examination was conducted on 1st July 2023 , in various centers across the state.

హైదరాబాద్‌: రాష్ట్రంలో 8,180 గ్రూప్-4 పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియలో కీలకమైన ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు టీజీపీఎస్సీ తేదీని ఖరారు చేసింది. ఈ ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి 9న జనరల్‌ ర్యాంకుల జాబితాను ప్రకటించిన టీజీపీఎస్సీ.. తాజాగా ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు ఎంపికైన మెరిట్ అభ్యర్థుల జాబితాను విడుదల చేసింది. ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులు ఈనెల 13 నుంచి వెబ్‌ ఆప్షన్స్‌ నమోదు చేసుకునేందుకు కమిషన్‌ అవకాశం కల్పించింది. ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు వచ్చే అభ్యర్థులు తప్పనిసరిగా వెబ్‌ ఆప్షన్స్‌ నమోదు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించింది. వారిని మాత్రమే విడతల వారీగా ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు అనుమతిస్తామని పేర్కొంది. అభ్యర్థులు వెరిఫికేషన్‌కు హాజరుకావాల్సిన రోజువారీ తేదీలను కమిషన్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో పొందుపరుస్తామని తెలిపింది.
పరిశీలన కోసం అవసరమైన పత్రాలన్నీ సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని అభ్యర్థులకు కమిషన్‌ సూచించింది. కులధ్రువీకరణ, బీసీ నాన్‌ క్రీమీలేయర్, దివ్యాంగ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలు, ఒకటో తరగతి నుంచి ఏడో తరగతి వరకు స్టడీ/నివాస ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ అభ్యర్థులు 2021-22 ఏడాదికి సంబంధించిన ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రంతోపాటు అవసరమైన పత్రాలన్నీ దగ్గర ఉంచుకోవాలని తెలిపింది. ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలన సమయంలో తప్పనిసరిగా ఈ పత్రాలన్నీ సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుందని.. అభ్యర్థులకు అదనపు గడువు ఇవ్వబోమని ఇప్పటికే టీజీపీఎస్సీ స్పష్టం చేసింది.
Telangana Group-IV 2024 Certificates verification notification
TELANGANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION :: HYDERABAD : GROUP-IV SERVICES NOTIFICATION NO.19/2022, DATED:01/12/2022 (GENERAL RECRUITMENT) NOTIFICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES
i) It is here by informed that, the candidates with the following Hall Ticket Numbers are picked up for Certificate Verification on the basis of Examinations held on 01/07/2023 vide Notification No.19/2022 dated: 01/12/2022.
ii) The Certificate Verification will be conducted at the O/o Telangana Public Service Commission, M.J. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad and at Sri Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Near Public Garden Road, Nampally, Hyderabad.
iii) The candidates who are called for Verification of Certificates have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of Photostat copies duly self-attested at the time of Verification of Certificates.
iv) The candidate should show utmost care while exercising web options, as these web options will be considered for final selection. In this regard, candidates are directed to use the Web-options link provided from 13/06/2024 onwards in Commissions Website (https://www.tspsc.gov.in).
v) The candidates are directed to exercise web options without fail before attendingCertificate Verification. Candidates who have exercised Web options only will be allowed for the certificate verification on the scheduled date.
Required Documents for cerificates verification
The following Certificates must be kept ready by the candidates for the purpose of verification.
1) Checklist-Basic information data to be filled by the candidate (Checklist can be downloaded from the Commission’s website).
2) Submitted Application (PDF) (Can be downloaded from the Commission’s website) (02 Copies).
3) Hall Ticket.
4) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).
5) School Study Certificate from 1stto 7thclass or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (When the candidate has not studied in School but studied privately or in open School).
6) Provisional and Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo (Graduation / Post Graduation for required qualification).
7) Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by the Telangana Government, only with the Name of Father or Mother.
8) Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with Father Name or with Mother Name (in case of single parent). As per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt. of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Dept, Dt: 18-12-2015/ G.O.Ms.No.20 BCW (OP) Dept. dated:31/10/2017 (Prescribed
format hosted on Website). Other Backward Classes Certificate (OBC Certificate) is not allowed.
9) For Married Women, Integrated Community Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate with the Husband name are not allowed.
10) EWS Certificate issued for the Financial Year prior to the Year of Notification (i.e., Financial Year 2021-2022) issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government.
11) Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana Government Employee (Regular) Service Certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana / NCC instructor Certificate/ Retrenched Census Service Certificate, Ex-Servicemen Certificate if any.
12) PH Certificate (SADERAM Certificate).
13) NOC from Employer for In-service candidates.
14) 2 copies of Attestation forms duly signed by Gazetted Officer (Can be downloaded from the Commission’s Website).
15) Declaration of the Un-employee.
16) Declaration as Hindu (For Post Code-70).
17) Any other relevant document in pursuance of Notification No.19/2022, Dated:01/12/2022
18) The candidates who are eligible and applied for Post Code No.’s 94 & 95 should bring the Medical Certificate duly attested by the Appellate Medical Authority not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon for Physical Measurements.
19) Latest 3 passport size photos.
