July 1st, 2018 Employee Basic Pay

July 1st, 2018 DA % = 30.392%

Fitment =30%

Total New Basic Pay

Example :

TS Employee Basic Pay on July 2018 = 42490

July DA = Basic Pay *30.392% = 42,490 * 30.392%= 12910

Fitment 30%= Basic Pay * 30% = 42,490*30%= 12750

Total = Basic Pay + DA With Pay + Fitment with Pay = 68,150

So, New Basic Pay = 68,150

01.01.2019=3% (3×0.91)= 2.73%
