Telangana state Government Employees & Pensioners in RPS 2020 main key points
- The Revised Pay Scales, 2020 shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 01.07.2018.
- The monetary benefit shall be allowed from 01.04.2020.
- The arrears for the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 shall be paid at the time of superannuation of the Government employee or to the legal heirs in case of demise of the employee.
- The arrears for the period from 01.04.2021 to 31.05.2021, will be paid during the financial year 2021-22.
- The salary in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 will be paid from the month of June, 2021 payable in July, 2021.

IFMIS PRC 2020 module లో కలిక్యులేషన్ పార్ట్ దాదాపు కరెక్టుగానే వస్తున్నాయి. Appendix – 1లో మాత్రం కొన్ని తప్పులు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇబ్బందులు దాదాపు తీరిపోయాయి కాబట్టి బిల్స్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. బిల్స్ చేసే ముందు ఓసారి SOFTWARE డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకున్న ఫైల్ కలిక్యులేషన్ తో సరిపోతే (స్వల్పంగా కొద్దీ 1 లేదా 2 లేదా … 5 రూపాయల వరకు తేడా వస్తే ఇబ్బంది లేదు.
ప్రొసీడింగ్స్, ఆప్షన్ ఫామ్, అనేక్జర్ 1&2 ఎలాగూ మన ఫైల్ పెట్టుకుంటున్నాము IFMIS లో అపెండిక్స్ -1 తప్పుగా వస్తే మనది పెట్టుకోవచ్చు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది లేదు.

- • 01.07.2018 వరకు ఉద్యోగంలో ఉన్న ఉద్యోగుల కోసం తేదీ 01.07.2018 రోజున ఉన్న పేతో కానీ 30.06.2019 లోపు పొందిన ఇంక్రిమెంట్ తో ఆరోజున RPS 2020 లో వేతన స్థిరీకరణ(fixation) కోసం అప్షన్ ఇవ్వవచ్చు.
- ఒకవేళ జులై, 2018 లొనే ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ఉంటే వారు పాత వేతన స్కేల్ లో ఇంక్రిమెంట్ తీసుకుని (With Increment) RPS 2020 కోసం ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వొచ్చు తదుపరి జులై 2019 లో కొత్త వేతన సవరణ ప్రకారం ఇంక్రిమెంట్ వస్తుంది.
- ఇలా కాకుండా పాత వేతన స్కేల్ లో ఇంక్రిమెంట్ తీసుకోకుండా (Without Increment) RPS 2020 కోసం ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వొచ్చు, జులై 2018 లో కొత్త వేతన సవరణ ప్రకారం ఇంక్రిమెంట్ వస్తుంది.
- తేదీ 01.07.2018 రోజున బేసిక్ పే 17,380 ఉన్నవారు మాత్రం 30.06.2019 లోపు ఉన్న తమ వార్షిక ఇంక్రిమెంట్ తేదీకి ఇస్తే లాభదాయకంగా ఉంటుంది.
- • తేదీ 01.07.2018 తరువాత ఉద్యోగంలో చేరిన వారికి ఈ RPS 2020 ప్రకారం జీతం తీసుకోవచ్చు. కానీ వీరు ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వడానికి అవకాశం లేదు.
- వీరికి ఉద్యోగం లో చేరిన తేదీన G.O.Ms.No. 51 dt. 11.06.2021 ప్రకారం వీరి పోస్టుకు సంబంధించిన ఆర్డినరీ స్కేల్ లో ఉన్న కనీస వేతనం ఇస్తూ తదుపరి ఏమైనా ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు పొంది ఉంటే వాటిని ఆయా తేదీల ప్రకారం మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

some are saying benefits are only for those joined before 1st July 2018
even the calculators are based on basic as on 1st july 2018

Sir, I have read the programme – it is very use full to the employees.
I have retired on 31.01.2021. As per the Government orders who retired after 01.07.2018, prepare the fixation bill and submit to the DTO through the DDO. After getting approval of DTO and then forward to the Accountant General for fixation of Basic Pension from 01.7.2018.
Therefore, if possible pl.send modified software to applicable the retired employees like me.
